Little Newt , getaway space on edge of New Forest

HelenaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
A lovely stay on the edge of the New Forest. Has all the facilities you'd need, and was beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean and tidy. As a birdwatcher I took great joy in sitting on the sofa watching the bird feeder, which was absolutely chocka with birds. Good location for getting into the new forest for some walks. The welcome pack was lovely, as was the warm welcome and goodbye from David. Instructions were clear and David called us beforehand as well.

Susan’s garden flat is a beautiful tranquil home surrounded by nature. The flat is very comfortable with a very comfortable bed, great bathroom and well equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend to guests seeking peace and solitude.

The 'Salisbury Studio' - Close to Cathedral & City

PatriciaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We recommend this excellent place for a short stay. The best part for us was that we were .15km from our friend’s house. The place was immaculate. They provided milk, coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper, sugar, cleaning supplies and toiletries. That was greatly appreciated for the first few days until we got our bearings and found the grocery stores. We were also appreciative of the washing machine and iron. The place is tiny as is the bathroom. We were on a very long journey of 7 weeks and had a lot of luggage. It was challenging to store items. The washing machine was a plus, although hanging things to dry took up some of the limited space. We did manage. It is a busy street during the day but is very quiet at night. The proximity to restaurants is very good. The walk into town was very easy. Salisbury is a lovely place to visit.

Perfect cottage for 2 in idyllic location. The cottage had everything you could possibly need and great outside area. Very good quality linen, toiletries, china etc. Comfortable and convenient. Hostess very helpful and on hand if needed. We did not need anything as it was all perfect.

Rural retreat close to Salisbury centre & hospital

MarinaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Lisa was very welcoming and the accommodation was first rate in beautiful and peaceful surroundings. Loved that we could walk into Salisbury or use the park and ride. She had thought of everything you might need from tea, coffee and cake to toiletries. There is a lovely garden to sit with a gin and tonic listening to the birds after a day’s sightseeing. Would not hesitate to recommend and would love to go back.
