Exactly what we were looking for. Great location. Peace and quiet for the older adults, day trips for the younger. Near to retail areas. The older guys loved the bird, squirrel and deer watching from both decks. Kitchen FULLY equipped, just bring your own food to cook at home. Hotel quality bedlinens (swoon), and beautifully decorated. Nice to catch premier league soccer on big screen on comfy couches. Came home relaxed and happy. Thanks Debbie!

Absolutely, stunning and peaceful! I could’ve stayed longer to relax in the peace and quiet with beautiful views of the Texas Hill Country!

Julie’s place is a nice little retreat. We were only in town for a short weekend for a wedding, but it suited our needs. I liked the front sun room. I wanted to spend a little more time on the back porch but there were some paper wasps out there. I have them at home, they’re not aggressive but they look scarier than they are. It was very clean and had a lot of kitchen cooking supplies and linens. The master bathroom is really nice with the super deep soak tub. There was a resident deer and butterflies constantly around, but definitely herd the warning of the posting about animals and stuff around the area. We didn’t see any snakes or anything but the grounds would hide them well. We ran into a couple scorpions and yeeted them further into the brush. If we’d stayed a little longer I eventually would’ve put on pants and boots to explore the grounds a little more.

Lots of room with large seating areas in living room and game room. Since it was warm during our stay the grands loved the game room. Back yard is fenced but has small amount of grass, the rest is gravel walks and mulch. There is shade and nice seating.

We had a great stay overall! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. We especially enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks—such a fun bonus and easy to access. The location was convenient to find, and while the surrounding neighborhood has a bit of a mix in terms of home conditions, the property itself felt like a little retreat. Being able to utilize a guest account on the Roku TV was great! There were a couple of minor issues: another group of guests was a bit loud at night, and we found a dead scorpion on the floor when we first arrived. We also think the door locks could be improved to help guests feel more secure. Despite that, we really enjoyed our time and appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home. We’d definitely stay again!

Amazing place! Secluded home in Hill country surrounded by fields and animals. It was great to sit and eat breakfast on the porch and just watch the nature. We had a little hiccup with the water (as it comes from a well) but Connie was quick, responsive, and proactive. It’s obvious she really cares for her guests, beyond just providing a place to sleep. Would definitely stay again if we ever come back to hill country

Place was great for a fair group of people plus two large dogs, everyone had space and it’s very close to a lot of things!

We had a wonderful stay, plenty of great amenities. We really enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the rain the first night we were there, and we loved all of the outdoor spaces! Beautiful property!

This place is one of the prettiest places I have ever been too! So peaceful and quiet. You feel like you have this whole place to yourself. The sunsets were stunning! I can’t wait to go back.

Place was cozy, very nice view, and very clean. Overall plenty of parking, perfect spot in between San Antonio and Austin. Pool was perfect temperature and clean, hot tub as well. Will be coming back for sure.

We had a very nice stay, everything was exactly as the pictures showed. The ranch was a good repestation of Texan countryside and a nice reprieve from the big city. Very quiet and peaceful. Sam was great, he happened to be out working on the property during our check out and helped us with our bags which we had a lot due to our cross country road trip. Also his recommendation of Mary's Taco's was much appreciated.

Great host. He was easily accessible and made a great first impression upon arrival. The place included amenities which made it a pleasant stay.

My family and I loved staying at this cozy home nestled into the beautiful nature of the Texas Hill Country. Pulling in felt like arriving at a private resort, and we all enjoyed sitting on the rocking chairs on the deck to watch the stunning sunset. Our kids loved playing in the perfect sized pool, and the adults loved the experience of relaxing in the sauna while listening to the birds sing outside. The retro arcade cabinet was a huge hit with the kids (and with me, I’ll admit), and we enjoyed watching a family movie on the projector screen upstairs (the kids felt like they were in a private movie theatre). Maria and Larry are incredibly welcoming and proactive hosts; if you need anything at all, they won’t hesitate to help. I could not recommend this place higher, and we definitely will be coming back!

The place was amazing! Had 9 adults and it was very comfortable. The pool is perfect! Scott was awesome and made sure we had what we needed. Will definitely stay again if we ever make it back to dripping springs.

Andria is a great host and was very easy to reach! There were small details I appreciated at the cabin such as local wildflowers in a vase! The bed was very comfortable and linens soft! The chill vibes made it great for sleeping! We stayed in #3 so it really felt private. There is a washer and drier and that was very convenient! This is a modern Texas chic cabin! Light and airy and very welcoming vibes.

Book this house! We absolutely loved our stay here! The owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. The home was immaculate, with every amenity you could need. It is centrally located to many different restaurants, wineries and breweries. It felt safe and quiet and we saw so many deer on property. We ended up having to bring our children (4 & 3 yo) and it was perfect for them as well. They even found some kids toys and books to keep them busy and happy. The beds are very comfortable.. The showers heat up quick and provide great water pressure. It is the perfect home for 2 families or 4 couples with the bedroom and bathroom setups. Book it! You will not be disappointed. We can’t wait to come back!

Lovely house in a beautiful spot. We had a few issues with drinking water and internet that complicated things but the host was communicative and proactive. Overall a great stay!

This place was so cute. It was easy to locate and signs clearly marked which gate to use. I loved the sights and the animals during my night stay. There was a trampoline, swing set, a hammock, picnic table and an outdoor small tub/pool to soak in. I realized after I booked that there was an outdoor shower that I was uncomfortable about, but I rigged the shower curtain and it remained closed as I showered under the night sky. I put my clothes and towel in a plastic bag since I forgot my robe and that allowed me to change and keep my clothes dry. I recommend shoes to slip on to walk back into the camper. I forgot my charger but they had USB ports that I used with my charging cable. The DVD’s that I wanted to watch didn’t work, but it forced me to have more outside time. No regrets. Would 1000% book again. I look forward to solo/couple/small family trips in the future here and it’s pet friendly!

As a family of four with two younger children it was a very pleasant stay and well-appointed accommodations. The chickens (and fresh eggs) were a hit! The unit was very clean and the host was very responsive and helpful with check in/out instructions and providing local hot spots to check out during our stay. Highly recommend!

The modern A-frame design, paired with striking art and decor, truly sets this place apart. It’s not only visually stunning but also exceptionally comfortable and well-appointed. The host was friendly, communicative, and provided clear, uncomplicated instructions, which made our stay seamless from start to finish. We genuinely loved our time here and are already looking forward to our next visit!

The Mini Ranch was more than we expected. So peaceful, spacious, and unique. Loved sitting on the front porch and looking out into nature, and even more at night since the entire place is filled with string lights! (So pretty) The kids loved exploring, and enjoyed coming back inside to read. The back room included a bookshelve with over 50 kids books! It was a nice treat for them. Overall, our trip was very much enjoyed. We plan to return back !

My family and I had a great time staying here. The home is spacious with comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen, large porch, beautiful property. Jeff is an excellent host. We would gladly come back again
