Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Woodbury

Jennifer is an extremely nice, thoughtful and responsive host. She did things like bring us extra towels without us even asking. She checked up on us after arrival to make sure that we were happy and ask if we needed anything. She has a ton of little extras like a "Forget something?" basket with everything from a toothbrush to nail files. All of the five star reviews for her place are fully justified. The listing is also accurate in that the stairs are steep and narrow, but we had no difficulty with access (and I'm 65 years young). Like some reviewers mention, you can hear some floor creeks, but they are not terribly loud. We only heard them before 10pm and after 8am. Jennifer does provide a white noise machine in the bedside table. Like I said, she tries to think of everything and meet or exceed your needs. A true five star host who also provided backed goods on arrival and departure! A five star unit based on cleanliness and comfort. Also, the bed was super comfortable!

Tyrells's place was great. The location was amazing and provided convenient access to shopping and restaurants. The place was clean and directions on checking in/out were great. Would recommend his place any day to stay in.

Four friends and I had a wonderful stay in this home during our college reunion weekend. It is spacious, well laid out, nicely decorated and in a charming neighborhood. There were great spots for us to hang out together. The beds were very comfortable. Debbie was flexible with our check in and out times which we very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This was our 4th stay at Mel and John’s place. One our favorite Airbnbs. Very friendly hosts who are super responsive. Apartment has a fully stocked kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Lovely neighborhood with great access to a large park with lots of great trails and access to other parks. Easy access for the Minnesota state fair

Roger and Vicki were responsive, friendly hosts. They were eager to ensure that we had everything we needed and flexible in working with us for check-in and check-out. We even received some homemade baked goods, a delightful bonus 😊 The unit was comfy and well-appointed. We loved the ability to allocate our rental donation at the Shelter with a Cause. As an added plus, we got to shelter in the basement with the hosts and some of their family members when the tornado sirens sounded just minutes after our arrival! We appreciated being taken care of so well 😊

Really enjoyed the quiet location. Would have spent more time on the property, were it not for the fact that we spent long days with family in the area! Plenty of nice touches, including the heated bathroom floor! Would def stay here again.

Doug is a very responsive host and was quite willing to work with me to make a few changes to my reservation. His house is very unique, and the space is very calm and inviting. Very quiet but a great walkable neighborhood with a market, shops and good restaurants. All in all, inspiring!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It is right on the river and is in a very quiet neighborhood. There is a wonderful dock with the place and there is a marina with boat ramp and rentals about 500 feet away. We fished off of the dock all week and caught Drum, Walleye, and Perch. Hudson WI is 5 minutes away and Stillwater MN is about 15 minutes away. Both towns are full of good restaurants and shops.

Absolutely loved my stay at Dayton House! A peaceful, spotless, dreamy little spot in a beautiful walkable neighbourhood. Kyra could not have been more kind and friendly. I felt so welcome and the space was perfect - so many amenities in a wonderfully finished space. It felt tucked away and private with plenty of room and beautiful skylights to wake up to. Will definitely be booking again next time I'm visiting Saint Paul!

We are a family of 5 and enjoyed our stay at the cottage! It was super charming with lots of space for all the lids and us adults too. Everything was provided for us and it made our stay comfortable and cozy. Thank you Heidi!

We had a wonderful stay at the most beautiful house we've used on Airbnb! Everyone in our group was sad to leave. Another Airbnb didn't work out and Heidi was able to accommodate us on very short notice. We actually felt fortunate that the original place was a bust. The place had everything we needed. We all definitely felt right at home at the Prospect House. Our son will attend the U, so we home to stay again. Thanks!

We had a great Friendsvacation at Jake’s place. Had good parking space and the house was great! Do note the backyard has been relandscaped and remodeled. This was unfortunate for us as we did not know this before, and it was not young child friendly. However we still had a great weekend exploring Stillwater! Would definitely be back

We stayed here two nights on our way north to Bemidji and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. It is unusual to find a place that comes with a fantastic feline. Rey was a warm and gracious host and her humans were kind and thoughtful. I had never stayed in someone’s home that was not purely for Airbnb use. I found it interesting and welcoming, like staying at an idiosyncratic relatives home who leaves lots of little memos around for guidance. Thank you for having us, it was truly memorable!

It is as advertised, Studio Apartment, Pull out couch, right next to train that'll get you to downtown or Mall of America, and beautiful hiking for the Mississippi as well as Minnehaha falls was wonderful (12 min walk!)

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

This was a very cute place, I can definitely see it being a fun place for a large group! The trains could be a little noisy at night, but that can’t be helped. Earplugs are an easy solution for light sleepers. Otherwise, this was such a cute and unique standout from so many other airbnbs in this area.

I absolutely loved my stay, this the best Airbnb I have ever been in. It was super clean and had lovely, modern fixtures. I loved having the dishwasher and in-unit washer and dryer. It had a super comfy bed and was very well furnished, especially with kitchen appliances. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and has lots of good shopping, restaurants and walking paths nearby. Lucy and her husband were very kind and responsive, respected my privacy and put so much care and thought in hosting this space. I was genuinely sad when my stay came to an end.

We loved staying here! This was a very comfortable apartment for two of us and it’s spacious enough to be comfortable for more guests too. I especially appreciated the full working kitchen, high efficiency laundry facilities, and great temperature controls, lots of very soft throw blankets, and ample WiFi. We both worked from the apartment and sometimes both had Zoom meetings at once, and there was never an issue. We hope to be back! This place is a keeper.
