We had a lovely stay. House was as described, clean and had all the things we needed. Would recommend to friends and family.

Thank you Mary for letting us stay at your cottage, we had a great time and couldn't recommend it enough to anyone looking to have a peaceful getaway! The hot tub was immaculate and we also enjoyed the swimming pool. The cottage was tidy and comfy, and the location is great - close to some really nice walks and villages. Hope we get the chance to come back!

I booked Swallows Roost for the night before my wedding and the evening of. The accommodation was amazing. It was perfect for me, my bridal party and suppliers to get ready and feel relaxed and at home. Lucy and her family were so accommodating. Everything was stress free and easy. The downloadable guide was amazing, everything was covered, even the things I hadn’t considered including where the local EV chargers were. We can’t wait to book to stay again to spend our wedding anniversary next year! We would recommend Swallows Roost to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful stay in sunny Suffolk.

Beautiful cottage, looked just like the pictures and much more spacious once we got inside. Lovely garden and the hot tub was a bonus. Our dog loved sunbathing on the grass outside and had loads of nature reserves dotted around for us to visit and take the dog on a walk. 10/10 would definitely recommend

Such a beautiful stay at this air bnb. Great for the dog with the enclosed garden, which was very secure, and plenty of lovely walks on the door stop. The sauna and the hot tub were a great addition too.

we have stayed at the cottage before and it never fails .When we stepped in it felt like coming home !!!! . the secure parking and lovely garden are such a bonus,as is the hot tub. lovely pub next door with great food .Rowland gives clear instructions about access and the keyless entry makes coming and going so easy,no worries about who has the key !!! if you are looking for cozy and quirky this is the place.

The Little Owl is our favourite Air B&B find so far. The property was absolutely beautiful and unique. The garden area was stunning, not to mention the incredible views! Hayley was a lovely host, thank you for having us!

Lovely house as described. Enjoyed the short walk to the beach and our dog enjoyed a paddle. Easy access to other towns we wanted to visit.

We had a lovely few days at Betsey Trotwood, the bed was so comfy we slept really well. The accommodation was perfect, and Bella our dog enjoyed the back courtyard. The information folder which Matt and Michaela had put together was very useful, it helped us to decide where to visit, plenty of very nice pubs which served high standard food close by.

What a lovely cottage everything we needed for our stay. Everywhere was spotless. Nice garden area that our Westie Ted liked to sit in watching the rabbits. Great dog walks from the front door, lots of birds and wildlife. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, with parking included (which is rare for Beccles town centre). Roy was very responsive and helpful ahead of our stay and was keen to ensure everything ran smoothly for us.

We had a great stay :) We love Suffolk and this was a great location for a few days of rest. The lido was so much fun for our 11 year old. Georgies place was perfect and just what we needed. Thank you :)

Fabulous cottage. Well equipped kitchen , comfortable furnishings and good location for access to all amenities. 5 min walk to Southwold Pier/beach and just a stroll to pubs/restaurants/high street.

Lovely cottage right in the centre of beautiful Woodbridge. Excellent location for walking into town and down to the river. Great to find a place that has its own back garden accessed directly from the property for the four legged member of the family. Nice touch to have a little welcome park waiting too. A couple of tiny things that could be improved (in my opinion) is that there was not much hand soap left in the bathroom and it would have been nice to have some more condiments available (only salt, pepper and oil were in the property) Overall though we had a fabulous time away.

Lovely cottage & gardens, well located in Woodbridge for access to town & Tidemills. Excellent choice for weekend stay.

Perfect location in the country side. Easy to drive to Stowmarket. Plus good train links if you didn’t want to drive to Bury St Edmund. Accommodation modern and very clean. Loved the bird song in the back garden over a cup of tea. Highly recommend.

Jill is a fabulous host with a beautiful home. The cottage is cosy, quiet and peaceful with a stunning garden and great lighting I'm English summer. Had such a great stay with the family and great that we could walk to the beach! Definitely would recommend!
