Chalet is fantastic – highly recommended! The chalet is the perfect size for four people – we were a group of three this time, so it felt especially spacious. The site is peaceful, with friendly and quiet neighbours, which made for a very relaxing stay. The marina is just a two-minute walk away and is absolutely beautiful. There are plenty of beaches within a short drive, and a great selection of restaurants all within easy walking distance. Dennis is a fantastic host – warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. He truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

Had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. Exceptionally clean with the kitchen fitted out with everything that you would need for a self catering holiday if so desired. I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfortable and my mother had the double bed in the lovely large bedroom (the pictures do not do it justice). The flat is within two minutes walk to the beach and small town which has a nice selection of small restaurants and pubs (East Coast 5 was a favourite). Would definitely stay here again.

Chrissy is such a thoughtful host and the property is just perfect - the private outdoor courtyard is a great place to chill. Loved it!

This accommodation is clean, comfortable and very well equipped. There are lots of lovely local walks and a couple of convenience stores and pubs within walking distance. There are lots location is peaceful with a nice outdoor courtyard garden. Occasionally footsteps can be heard from above the bedroom due to the accommodation being underneath part of the owner’s home.

Beautiful apartment in a very peaceful setting. Surprisingly spacious and we were very grateful for the little touches of wine, croissants and toiletries. The hosts were so helpful with recommendations and swift with replies. The bed was comfortable and the balcony was just gorgeous. Thank you so much! Couldn’t recommend this stay more.

Paddy's Cottage is absolutely lovely. It is set in a peaceful and peaceful location. Ideal if you want to get away from everything for a few days. Donna was very helpful and communicative both before and during our stay. We really couldn't fault anything.

A perfect place to relax and unwind. Private surroundings , throw the doors open and connect with nature. Early morning deer, rabbits, and an entertaining cock pheasant protecting his territory. Thoroughly enjoyed exploring locally and further afield. Used the foot ferry to Harwich and a glorious barge trip on the,Orwell, a beautiful river. Thank you Sally for a lovely stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Frinton-on-Sea - the house was perfect for our needs; well appointed, bright and comfy. The enclosed garden space was perfect for a dog and a toddler, and never felt overlooked. Thank you to Carly for making us feel welcome.

We had the most wonderful time staying at The Little Barn in Topcroft. It is a well kept and comfortable cottage, with all the amenities you could want. We loved the location as it is tucked out of the way of the busiest areas but still well connected to the coast and towns/cities for trips out. Hannah is a superb host who will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and settled (providing us with some delicious home made apple juice too!). We will definitely be returning and would recommend!

We had a very relaxing few days in this very spacious, immaculate cottage. It’s in a small village with a pub & lovely walks in the countryside but only 10 minutes drive into Ipswich. The interior is beautiful, the owner has a great eye for detail. We felt at home as soon as we stepped in! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals & the beds were so comfy. We would definitely stay here again, thank you Julia.

This house is delightful, and I would strongly recommend it - it was everything and more. The bedrooms are charming, the kitchen is wonderful, the rooms are impressive, and the garden is superb. The Stay at Kays was very comfortable the house is very well equipped you do not need to arrive with anything apart from yourselves, food & drink. Kay was quick to greet us by txt mgs asking if anything needed contact her plenty of clear instructions for the house. Bikes games indoor & outdoor and patio furniture all available. Parking pretty much next to the house. Will use again. Thank You Kay

Excellent value and prime location in Framlingham. Nicely decorated with stunning views. Would have preferred to be able to use the front door rather than walking through the garden each time. But I would definitely recommend to anyone to stay here. Thank you for letting us stay!

We were racing at Snetterton for the weekend. Perfect for us and very close to circuit. We had everything we needed on arrival including milk,tea,coffee, croissants, biscuits, selection of cereals, cans coke, bottled water and more. Very comfortable stay with all the facilities we required provided. Thank you Claire.

Had a great stay at Katy’s space. Everything was clean, comfortable and matched the description and we enjoyed the goodies Katy stocked the kitchen with to get us going! Great location - very close to everything we needed. If I was ever in Walton or Essex again would be happy to stay again. Communicating with Katy was very easy and she was happy to help with any questions!

We had a lovely time, the place was immaculate and very cosy. The complimentary snacks and Prosecco were the perfect touch. If you’re a couple and want a get away I would recommend to anyone!

Such a charming apartment with everything you could possible need. Very peaceful setting , we had a wonderful break away. Would highly recommend.

It's a really beautiful flat. Everything is elegant and stylish as well as comfortable. Very clean and decorated to a very high standard. The only thing I missed was some hangers and a full size ironing board and iron - I wear dresses and like to be able to hang them up. A large chest of drawers is provided but not really suitable for dresses. Lovely little outdoor suntrap with table and chairs. Great shower too!

We had a great stay. The flat was super, really clean with lovely furnishings. The secure off-road parking opposite the flat was brilliant bearing in mind you are in the centre of town. Definitely recommend this accommodation if you're looking to stay in BSE and we'd love to return in the future. Hosts were very responsive and provided good instructions and information.

What a fantastic property! Tastefully decorated and brilliant location for exploring Bungay and surrounding areas. We felt welcomed right from the start and the property had everything you need. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Great location, well equipped and lovely decor. We felt right at home. Though the annex is within the owners property, it felt very private and undisturbed by the family. Perfectly placed for all the activities we had planned. Kate was friendly, with great communication and very thoughtful arrival gifts. So we felt right at home straight away. Very pet friendly too.
