Bay Break Away is a uniquely modern tiny home with water front views and the best sunsets nature has to offer! It features a private entrance, full cooking facilities , cozy upstairs loft bedroom, internal bathroom, comfy lounge and Smart TV with Netflix. It is the perfect space to relax and unwind for the single traveller or couples alike. The Little House

The Little House is a freestanding 1940’s wooden tiny house in our back garden. It has a private exterior bathroom located at the back of the main house. Our property was featured on the ABC program Escape From The City and is a uniquely cute piece of North Nowra history. We now accept friendly well mannered dogs for a fee and by negotiation only. The Little House has a private verandah and kitchenette. A complimentary light breakfast is included for short stays. There is also a fire pit.

The tiny home is architecturally designed featuring white washed birch plywood, concrete style panels and brushed nickel fixtures. Our large deck and awning allows you to sit out and enjoy the fresh air regardless of the weather. The views span across the rolling highland hills and paddocks filled with horses.
