Self-contained, open-plan, well appointed, modern BnB. Very comfortable and cosy space for one or two guests. Completely private and the guest space is separate from the main house, with keyless entry. Situated close to restaurants, beach, shopping centres and beautiful Shellharbour village. Also, small dog friendly (non-shedding only ) but you MUST advise if you are bringing a fur Baby please. Also, be aware, there's no fenced yard, however the porch can be enclosed. 🎃 . On road parking .

This cosy 1 bedroom furnished apartment has everything you need for short or extended stays. RC A/C. The main bedroom has a queen bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. A light breakfast is also included. There is a smart 55"tv in the lounge and 40"in the bedroom, free wifi. It is located on second level. North facing private balcony. The park at the lake which has free electric bbq's and the beach are only a 5 minute walk from your front door. MAX 2 guests. NOT suitable for infants.

In our view we are in a fantastic location just a 5 minute drive to Shellharbour Harbour, Shell Cove, Stockland Shellharbour shopping, short drive Wollongong, Kiama, local wineries, Illawarra fly on the Southern Highlands. (Could have 1 child under 2 in a travel cot, high chair can be provided upon request).
