All beautiful, the surroundings and the apartment. Very quiet. It's a bit early to have to move out of ten, but is also ok, it works. It would be good that it would be two keys.

It's fantastically beautiful there. The garden surrounding the house is more like a lovingly landscaped park with many old trees, seating areas and eye-catchers. All around, only fields, forest, and tranquility. The place is just as beautiful as the photos and very clean. The hosts are nice. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful place in the middle of beautiful nature and tranquility!

Eva's apartment is very clean and friendly, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The furnishings of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

Our stay in the dune house exceeded our imagination. Everything was lovingly decorated as in the photos, clean and the location couldn't have been better. We were also very happy about the small gift. We will be happy to come back! :)

Plus a pristine and cozy apartment of the highest standard. Quiet location, close to Netto and several restaurants and cafes. The boardwalk is a 30-minute walk away, but we knew it.

The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and is located in a quiet location. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. It's also great that there's a lot of basic equipment in the kitchen. Inquiries were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. However, there is a small point that should be mentioned: The apartment is quite bright and the beach access is a walk of about 10 minutes (at least at our walking speed😀)

Dear Susann, We were very happy to be guests in the old schoolhouse - thank you for the beautiful accommodation to enjoy a wonderful winter week with lots of birdsong and waves on the doorstep. We brought firewood with us. In the kitchen we found everything we needed for extensive cooking on vacation and otherwise we lacked nothing in the apartment. Our son from Singapore was visiting. Coming from Hamburg, we only had a 1-room apartment. So we booked the apartment for him from Anneliese. He only slept there. The sofa bed was very comfortable. The briefing by the caretaker was extremely friendly. Our son was very enthusiastic about Sellin and Rügen in general. Unfortunately, the time was too short. Thank you, Anneliese, for the uncomplicated booking and information in advance.

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with beautiful and well-maintained garden. All very clean and well equipped. The nearby "milk gas station" has enriched our breakfasts, great is also the railway connection from Groß Kiesow. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, you can't feel more comfortable! We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

The place was beautiful, very nicely decorated from the inside, offers plenty of space inside and outside for groups of 6 and also a beautiful garden. Inken has a good interior taste and the accommodation is really well equipped. The kitchen was versatile and everything from barbecue to loungers is also available outside. The surroundings are very quiet and pleasant! Overall a great relaxing vacation!!

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers said). But you don't have to get started;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, plenty of tea and coffee were in stock and you could use freely. The location was great and quiet (despite the window open at night). Price/quality ratio great. Glad to come back.

We had a few relaxing days in the accommodation of Uwe & Birte. The cozy cottage is idyllically located in the countryside, surrounded by forest and fields. The Bodden is also just a few minutes' walk away. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - everything you need is there. Particularly practical: There were free bicycles available, with which we could explore the surroundings wonderfully. If you have any questions, Uwe was quick to reach and very helpful.

It was very nice...We thought it was really perfect. And would come back again and again.

We arrived at the property very late. It was good that the key was handed over by code. The house is very quiet at the end of Rankwitz. That was very pleasant. There is a spacious living room with well-equipped American kitchen and fireplace. We made ourselves comfortable there. The two bedrooms are also spacious. The bathroom is huge. The place was ideal for us and our two dogs. Unfortunately, we have found little opportunity in the area to walk along the backwater. But it didn't matter, we drove to the sea with the dogs anyway and were on the beach there. All in all, it was a successful getaway. Unfortunately, it's too short. By the way, our host Andreas was available online almost 24/7. Thank you for this and for patiently answering questions, which of course you have also found in documents and information sheets, when you then found time to read it.

Very nice landlord who allowed us earlier access to the apartment. The location is great, very centrally located and the city center and harbor are within walking distance. The apartment is extremely quiet overall and the roof terrace is a dream. You have the feeling that you are floating above the roofs of Greifswald.

I felt completely comfortable! Accommodation was small but nice. I didn't miss anything and that doesn't happen often, especially in kitchens. Both beaches can be reached quickly, on site and in the area a lot can be explored and hiked. The supermarket was quick to reach the corner. The contact with the staff was very friendly, detailed and accommodating. I highly recommend to stay! Thanks so much :)

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made the check-in super uncomplicated and was always available for questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the little touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very sweet gesture!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We had a great vacation and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. It is very pleasant that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great vacation and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.

We spent a few great days five minutes from the sea and also loved the proximity to shops, spa park and Co. We are very happy to recommend this accommodation.
