Old town romance in Uzedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in Wolgaster Altstadt is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes, and shopping are within walking distance. A free parking space for smaller cars (quite tight, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the house entrance door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking spaces in the old town. The spa train runs not far from the apartment to the island of Usedom, as well as bus connections.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large roof terrace on the third floor with a view over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The marketplace with its gable houses in the style of the brick Gothic is around the corner, as is the Pommersche State Museum. It is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, unfortunately, animals are not welcome. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely refurbished and modernised. A mix of modernity and country house charm makes this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating flora and fauna. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)
