Central, quiet, close to the beach (2 min) Incl. beach chair + 3 bicycles (seasonal). Incl. 2x wellness vouchers at the Steigenberger Grandhotel (November - April, Mon - Thu, 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm, only 2 minutes away). This accommodation does not have its own private pool and sauna, but these can be used free of charge by the wellness vouchers in the neighboring Steigenberger for you seasonally.

My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

The apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. In front of the house there is a free parking space. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking excursions to the island's hinterland and the Achterwasser.

Dear guests, welcome to the sunny island of Usedom in Swinemünde. We offer you a newly renovated apartment of 54 sqm and fantastic views of the harbor pool. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with underground parking for your car and an elevator. It has one bedroom, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bathroom with shower bathtub and washing machine. We rent all year round. We would really appreciate a visit from them.
