Holiday rentals with beach access in Wolcott

Nancy’s apartment was exactly as described and had an amazing view! We loved the chocolate chip cookies and very comfortable bed. It was close to everything Burlington has to offer and we would highly recommend this place!

Tanner's place was picture perfect, with attention to the additional touches that visitors appreciate. Very comfortable and spacious, with intentional design and elevated quality. Although the weather didn't cooperate with our visit, you have a lovely little private deck area, you are less than a block from the water-front, and less than a mile from the cutest drive-in with the best fries you have ever had! I also recommend you check out Golden Hour - the sweetest little shop, in the most unassuming little strip of shops, just minutes away. Tanner was a very responsive communicator and very clear and easy house rules. Highly recommend!

We had a short one night stay but everything was great. We had delay after delay at the airport and Joseph reassured us that it was okay to arrive at any time which was so appreciated because I was stressed over our late arrival. The apartment is very cute and nicely renovated. Bed was comfortable. It was a little humid and warm in the morning but I’m not sure if there is an a/c unit as we didn’t even look. I slept very comfortably as did my kid on the futon. Everything was clean and the decor was also unique and interesting. Highly recommend!

Loved staying with Sandra and Jason! They are great hosts and did a great job on the Airbnb. We knew there were going to be mosquitoes, but we didn’t know that there were going to be so many, I would advise bringing bug spray. They let us use their kayaks which was an awesome experience. 10/10 would stay again.

The cozy cottage was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful and thoughtful design and furnishings. Gorgeous views and comfortable beds. Proactive communication about cell service and one inconsequential blemish on the deck due to a storm and back ordered part. So clean it feels brand-new!

We had a great time here. The lake was beautiful and it was peaceful to spend time even indoors when it rained. Nice hiking trails nearby. Would recommend for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. Helpful , responsive host.

We had an amazing stay at Bjorn's beautiful home where it was as picture-perfect as advertised! It is a gorgeous and modern home that was clean, well-stocked, and uniquely designed in such stunning surroundings (even in the rainy weather!). We cannot recommend Bjorn's home enough and are so appreciative of his accommodations in helping us celebrate our Middlebury grad!

Thank you, Palmer for an enjoyable stay at your beautiful lake house. We came up for a college tour of UVM and the location was perfect. It took us only 20 minutes to get there and then at the end of our day we came back to relax and unwind at your comfy and spotless home. Every room was beautifully furnished , comfortable and really just felt homey. The kids enjoyed hanging out downstairs watching movies while the adults enjoyed cocktails and talking all while taking in the amazing view of the lake. We had a wonderful time and would certainly return. Only two minor issues, one of which just might have been our own unfamiliarity with the home. The living room gets really warm and even though we turned down the thermostat, it kept creeping up. But it could have even been the fact that it was so sunny one of the days we were there. A minor issue. Outside, the railing to get down from the deck to the yard is a bit wobbly in places and may be due to be replaced soon. Also, no big deal.

We had a wonderful time staying at Nay's house. It’s beautifully peaceful. The house is beautiful, clean, cosy and family-friendly. It has almost everything so that you can entertain yourself and enjoy the place. The entertainment room, the bar, the porch, the hot tub the lake view and the dock are complete packages. Kevin, the host is responsive and helpful for questions or concerns. It’s a perfect place if you’re looking for peace and tranquillity. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had an amazing time. The sauna was amazing and we took a lovely canoe ride. As we melted our stress away in your beautiful home.

What a charming place! Everything was as listed, and we felt at home right away. Beautiful area and comfortable bed- the perfect recipe for vacation.

If I could rate this 6 stars, I would. The house was immaculate, Christie communicated early and often, and my wife and I (and our two bloodhounds!) absolutely adored sitting on the massive open porch watching the Vermont skies roll by on Friday night. The large windows looking out onto the gardens made morning coffee special, and the property had just been freshly mowed and served as an incredibly playground for the hounds. We just wish we could have stayed longer! For those looking for the epitome of a Vermont get-away with an abundance of privacy and tranquility, this is your spot, no questions asked. We had such a great family weekend getaway! It was the perfect location, close to many winter activities. The whole place was immaculate, organized, and spacious. A bathroom off of each room was very convenient and the living area was great for everyone to spend time together. The resort was also great with a beautiful indoor pool/hot tub, a small skating rink and other amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful too.

Lovely place,just as described. River running out back,very peaceful and picturesque. Basia and Bradley communicated very well . They checked in at various times to make sure we had what we needed. Comfortable beds and very clean invironment. Thank you again for having us.

We absolutely loved this place!! Beautifully decorated, super clean, and perfect higher end furnishings for our group! We had my "older" mother with us and the ground level living and spaces were ideal for getting around. There were so many amenities and personal touches we loved. We can't wait to book again!

Jessie is a wonderful host! She was very easy to communicate with and the place was exactly as described. Check in and out is very easy. We had to extend a day due to a snowstorm and Jessie was really flexible and easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked with basics (oil, spices, hot cocoa, coffee). The place overall is beautiful and was very clean. The bunk beds are extremely comfy! The view from the deck is gorgeous and the area is very convenient. In summer you can walk to town and the condo lounge. It’s a quick drive if not walkable weather. The one downside was the place is still in need is some renovations (some has been done and is gorgeous), so there was a minor water leak and the downstairs bed was really uncomfortable - but Jessie was really responsive and helpful about the leak. I’m sure renos will be done soon and that will be resolved. We would definitely stay again!

Absolutely loved our stay! The place had every accommodation that made vacation very relaxing. Fully stocked kitchen as far as appliances and kitchen utensils. We ate in mostly and had no problems cooking what we needed it didn’t feel like camping. TV’s in two bedrooms was really nice and just overall nice relaxing peaceful stay. Irina’s place was a hidden gem for our family! Great location to the ski resort, ski rental place, and grocery market. There was also an awesome hiking trail nearby with access to the sauna and pool. We highly recommend!!
