Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Wiyung

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

I love this listing—it’s exactly as shown in the photos and described in the details. The location is superb—just 30 minutes from the airport and right above Pakuwon Mall, so everything is within a 5-minute walk: cinema, food court, shops, you name it. I also appreciate the practical interior and well-chosen furniture. The unit comes with basic utensils and simple cooking facilities, which made the stay even more convenient. Plus, Aris was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with.

The location is above pakuwon mall so this entertainment is perfect if it's a staycation in Surabaya. But for check in and check out as exhausting as having to go inside the mall first. The water heater works well, cable tv is available, there is only 1 mattress but a folding mattress is provided in the closet. Can make water hot. The size of the room is not too spacious but enough for those with small children. View is great at night time.

Frans was such a nice host and we loved staying at his apartment for one month. He was very responsive and helped replace the microwave which we found broken and the water machine too. He also helped us upgrade the internet for the duration of our stay as we had to work. Staying on top of a mall was amazing as you could find anything you wanted (groceries, restaurants, massage, literally anything). Also, the gym and swimming pool were SO GOOD! I couldn't recommend this place enough!

Second time staying, Worth the visit

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

nice location direct acceas to pakuwon, worth the money

Vicky responded super quickly and went out of his way to make the place available to us quite spontaneously. Didn't arrive in Surabaya until 12am and yet check-in was super easy. In addition, we were immediately offered a late check-out until 1p.m. Would stay again. Good price-performance ratio.

The place is cozy and clean, very suitable for the description. Complete facilities and neatly arranged rooms, suitable for resting with family or friends. The view from the unit is also quite pleasant and adds a calm impression during the stay. The host was very kind and friendly, responsive to our questions and needs during our stay there. very comfortable, the bathroom is clean, the elevator is not too crowded, access to the lottemart and to the food court is very close just take the escalator, complete and very worth it.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

this place works. in a great spot, responsive host technically they aren't supposed to do short term, but nobody seemed to mind about that

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
