Wonderful place to stay! Cathlin was a great host — very responsive and friendly. The place was well-stocked with everything we needed (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc.), and it was extremely clean and maintenance problems. Such a nice place and would love to stay again!

This unit almost checks all the boxes for me. As a corner unit, it truly feels like a proper 2-bedroom—more spacious and well-laid-out compared to many other 2BR options in the apartment towers around Pakuwon Mall. The interior is beautifully decorated—stylish, clean, and homey. It’s clear that a lot of thought went into creating a welcoming atmosphere. The air conditioning working well, which is a big plus, and there's even an automatic Calmic room fragrance spray that subtly adds to the pleasant and relaxing ambiance. If I could make one small suggestion, having a rice cooker and a floor mop would’ve made it absolutely perfect. But even without those, it was a delightful stay and I’d definitely come back again.

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

Amazing place! I had such a great time at Sherly’s place. Everything as described and even better. Sherly is a very responsive, helpful and knowledgeable guest. Everything in the studio was perfect, starting from bed sheets, cleanliness, furniture and odorless ac. No mold, no problems, everything great i totally recommend this place and i truly don’t understand why a few people complained in the reviews of this property, i mean, nothing wrong, nothing to complain about. Totally recommend. Will book this place again if available for next time i come to Surabaya.

staying with friends in this apartment. the owner is very responsive and kind. access to Pakuwon is easy, access to sports facilities both gym and pool is also easy. The TV is already smart and there is Netflix that has been subscribed to. The kitchen is complete and we even cooked while there. There is a rice cooker, electric stove, pan and cutlery. You can bring ingredients and cook there. I hope there is fortune and can go back there. Thank you very much Mr. Aris

We have stayed at Harry's property multiple times and have always had a great experience! Harry is very friendly and helpful, with easy check in/check out. The unit is clean, cozy and more comfortable than a hotel to us. It's our go-to pkace whenever we're in Surabaya. Highly recommended!

This is a great place to stay (even with toddlers or elder ppl), very clean as in the photo, smells great. Highly recommend everyone who wants to stay in Surabaya, the host is also resposive! Definetely will be back again.

the place is nice, tidy, clean, complete kitchen utensils, there is a hairdryer, iron, and plugs for a lot of chargers. cold and hot drinking water is available, there are also shampoos and body showers along with towels and other things. overall very satisfied. only the wifi that doesn't run the same air conditioning living room can sometimes be hard on.

My family and I had a great time here. We loved the place. The living area is spacious & clean, the linens were all clean, the building is beautiful. We loved the building facility as well. It’s got a nice pool & gym we could use! The location is great too! More than happy to return 😊

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

the best choice to stay if you are visiting Surabaya. the location is just right in the city, easy to reach and find if you're using vehicle. and walkable to see around. i definitely will stay at this place on my next trip!

We are looking for a strategic place and location, right next to the mall, the hospitality of the staff can be given a thumbs up, very flexible check in & out. Clean, well equipped and spacious. the apartment lobby is good. Pool and gym facilities are also recommended. Worth it really staying here..love love

Great place for stay with family and friends, integrated with Tunjungan Plaza, the biggest mall in Surabaya. Lot of parking and easy to find. Highly recommended for those need a great place for healing and holiday. Very spacious and beautiful interior as shown on the pictures!
