Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Wiyung

The stay was beyond excellent. The host/s were really friendly and helped with absolutely everything I needed. From organising airport pick ups, to bike rentals, to food and places to go. If you need a bike, I recommend to ask the host if he can help provide through his kind staff member Yodi, trust me it will make your life easier than trying to organise through the sketchy dealerships in surabaya. Gym was perfect. Swimming pool was amazing. The jacuzzi always hot. And the main reason I booked was for the sauna! Had a good detox almost every night of the 10 nights I stayed. The gym and sauna etc are nearly always empty which is better. The view from the apartment is so beautiful especially if you like high floors and city vibes. The mall is just downstairs, like literally 1 lift that takes you down. Access to so many food and deserts and an amazing anime store! Using grab is super easy, just put location as Vertu apartments. Best host ive had since using Airbnb. Thank you! ?

I love this listing—it’s exactly as shown in the photos and described in the details. The location is superb—just 30 minutes from the airport and right above Pakuwon Mall, so everything is within a 5-minute walk: cinema, food court, shops, you name it. I also appreciate the practical interior and well-chosen furniture. The unit comes with basic utensils and simple cooking facilities, which made the stay even more convenient. Plus, Aris was a great host—very responsive and easy to communicate with.

An exceptional staying experience! Melvina's Stay provides great comfort and cleanliness. She is friendly and very helpful. The location is inside Pakuwon Mall. The snacks provided is also delicious! Highly recommended to stay at Melvina's Stay. 5/5 stars!

Lokasi berada di atas pakuwon mall jadi untuk hiburan ini sangat cocok jika staycation di Surabaya. Tapi untuk check in dan check out sedikt melelahkan karena harus masuk ke dalam mall terlebih dahulu. Water heater berfungsi dg baik, tv kabel tersedia, kasur hanya ada 1 namun disediakan kasur lipat di dalam lemari. Bisa membuat air panas. Ukuran kamar tidak terlalu luas namun cukup untuk yg punya anak kecil. Pemandangan sangat bagus di malam hari.

Lokasi di lt 2, jadi tidak terlalu lama jika naik lift. AC hanya ada di kamar utama dan living room. Di kamar lainnya hanya ada kipas. Tetap dingin jika pintu kamar dibuka, karena AC nya cukup dingin. Ada hair dryer namun tidak terlalu kuat, jadi butuh waktu lama untuk mengeringkan. Ada microwave, namun waktu dicoba entah kenapa tidak bisa (sudah 3x coba). Mungkin karena ada yang salah waktu pakai, namun saya juga tidak tanya cara pakainya. Pemilik komunikatif. Sayangnya tidak ada guling dan air minum. Mungkin juga bisa dikasih jepit jemuran buat jemur handuk, takut terbang kalau tanpa jepit. Secara keseluruhan semuanya oke. Terima kasih banyak.

the apartment was very clean and well equipped.. nice internet and a washing machine! however it was too small for two of us. Gary was very helpful and understanding when we told him we needed to move so no complaints at all.

Vicky hat super schnell geantwortet und hat sich große Mühe gegeben uns ziemlich spontan die Unterkunft zur Verfügung zu stellen. Kamen erst um 00:00Uhr in Surabaya an und trotzdem war der Check-In super einfach. Zusätzlich wurde uns dann gleich ein late-Check-out bis 13:00Uhr angeboten. Würde wieder hier übernachten. Gutes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

Tempatnya nyaman dan bersih, sangat sesuai dengan deskripsi. Fasilitas lengkap dan ruangan tertata rapi, cocok untuk beristirahat bersama keluarga atau teman. Pemandangan dari unit juga cukup menyenangkan dan menambah kesan tenang selama menginap. Host-nya sangat baik dan ramah, responsif terhadap pertanyaan dan kebutuhan kami selama tinggal di sana. sangat nyaman, kamar mandi bersih, lift tidak terlalu ramai, akses ke lottemart dan ke food court sangat dekat tinggal naik eskalator, lengkap dan sangat worth it.

Joshua's place is beautiful and spacious. The view from the apartment is awesome. The apartment is connected to a mall so very convenient for us. The beds are comfortable. I was happy that the place has a microwave! Joshua was very easy to reach and to talk to. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

this place works. in a great spot, responsive host technically they aren't supposed to do short term, but nobody seemed to mind about that

Lily’s place well located at west surabaya, easy to get around. Secure & easy parking facilities. Clean & safe, you can only go to the dedicated floor only if you have access card and the guard also politely refused to grant access without any key. Beautiful view from 35th floor, full glass panel wall in every room. Quite place to relax with fully equipped kitchen. Strong wifi & sufficient lighting. If there is anything that could be improved is the hot water supply but it was truly overcome with other good qualities that been provided. All & all its a good value 👍🙏
