Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wiscasset

Amazing place, host was super kind and accommodated my family’s last minute booking since we were cancelled on twice that week! We are super happy we found this adorable beautiful place that ended up being better than the other places would have been anyway!

Our stay was so relaxing. The house is very comfortable and we felt at home right away. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The sauna is absolutely magical and the lake was quiet and peaceful. Check in/out was a breeze. Perfect spot for a relaxing long weekend with zero stress.

We came here for a private getaway on our honeymoon and it did not disappoint. The price was a bit much, but for such a special time I felt it was worth it at the time I booked, and worth it it certainly was. beautiful, quiet, serene, it was perfect for a getaway. I would absolutely recommend, and I already have, this stay. 10/10

We stayed at this lovely lakefront home for the Memorial Day weekend, and it was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped and the home was well appointed and very comfortable. We would love to come back here again

Denis has a really nice place and is very peaceful and quiet. Very well stocked with everything you would need. Only a short drive away to the town of Belfast, which had a beautiful waterfront trail to walk. There are very many local restaurants in town serving delicious seafood. Denis was very responsive to any questions you might have. Loved our stay!

We had a great stay. The location is quiet but just a few minutes away from amazing restaurants, cafes, and breweries. Highlights: The bed was super comfortable. The sauna was great on a rainy day. The walkability to the Back Bay trail was appreciated.

Jean’s place was amazing, and she was the perfect host! The apartment was perfect for us! The king size bed was so comfortable, and everything was just as described. The location on the lake was so peaceful and relaxing. Jean and Bob very generous and let us use their whole property including wonderful swings to rest on and lake kayaks and a paddle boat! We were scouting out places to buy near Winthrop, and Jean had some great advice and was super helpful! We will be back!

A beautiful rustic cabin in an amazing spot. Lori is a great host and is always near in her farmhouse to communicate and get you what you need. Appleton is not far from Camden / Rockland but has that rustic getaway feel. The option of adding a wonderful soak in the hot tub, wood fired sauna, massage and breakfast are available as well. I’ll be back next year! Thank you for everything, Lori!

Connor was an AMAZING host! From the very beginning, he was always very responsive, and was consistently available to answer my questions promptly. His cabin on the lake was so cozy, it truly felt like our home away from home. It was beautifully decorated, peaceful, serene, well-stocked with anything that one could need. His recommendations were extensive and were very much appreciated. We were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and really loved being able to stay there with friends for a few days before departing for another excursion. It gave us time to celebrate and make some great memories with them - something that we will always treasure! The worst thing about this cabin? - Having to leave it in the rearview mirror! First ever air bnb stay and it’ll be hard to beat! Great views (even got to see some ball lightening in the distance) very dog friendly, the hot tub was awesome! Super cozy place, will definitely be back!

This is a very peaceful and beautiful setting and a rare chance to be in a place that feels so remote but is actually close to many things. It was a perfect get away to be able to walk in the woods and listen to the stream at night. We cannot wait to go back! Its beautiful inside and out.

Elizabeth was amazing to deal with & very quick to reply whenever I had a question or issue. The cabin was cosey but very adequate for what we needed. I loved the location in a beautiful leafy quite and private setting. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Trailside Cabin.
