Fleetwood is charming! The two bedrooms are big and comfortable. The photos are clear that the third bed is a pull out sofa. The kitchen is big and easy to make a meal for a larger group. Kristen is very responsive, helpful and flexible. Thank you!

“The Small House” was exactly what we needed, a peaceful place to rest. The house was a great size with a lot of charm and character. Two great living spaces and a deck. The beds were comfortable, soft but firm. Nice hot showers with good pressure. The property was beautiful and the creek was bigger than expected. The location was also beautiful. We saw quite a bit of wildlife on the way. We walked to the market just down a little and across the street. There were restaurants and ice cream nearby. Also, opportunities for a great hike. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

Great house layout with a beautiful porch and lots of parking. The host is very responsive and helpful. It’s a little off the beaten path but close to lots of breweries and wineries. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property was just perfect for a weekend meeting up with old friends for a local wedding. The area is gorgeous and peaceful, and the porches in the front and back of the house are a lovely sitting area to spend time. The layout of the house is great and feels spacious while also being cozy. The only thing to keep in mind is that there is only one bathroom - certainly not a dealbreaker but it required some juggling with 6 people in the house. Overall 10/10 and we were reluctant to leave!

We had a wonderful stay at Bruce’s place as we were in town for my daughter’s graduation at Liberty. It was about an hour drive but totally worth it! The place was clean, modern, and the setting was absolutely beautiful and so quiet! It was big enough to fit my family and parents with 3 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and extra sleeping spaces in the living room and foyer on the main floor. It had all the amenities in the kitchen including a washer and dryer and detergent for us to use. There is an Aldi about 20 minutes away and a Trader Joe’s about 35 minutes away. We spent our mornings in the gorgeous porch/deck outside until we had to leave. This place is a gem! We will be back again! Thank you!

Karen was an excellent host, the property was beautiful, the amenities were great and we had a great time as four adults and two kids. The kiddie toys and stuffies allowed the adults to peacefully relax on the well decorated outdoor porch without the hassle of bugs due to the nets. Karen was extremely helpful and responsive and the little sticky notes and some goodies in the fridge made the stay delightful.

Camille's place at Wintergreen was perfectly situated for our weekend at Devil's Backbone. The house was clean and tidy, it was easy to find, and her directions and instructions for getting there and getting in the house were spot on. it's an adorable little place and has plenty of room with the three bedrooms. We would love to come back and rent again. Our dog loved it too!!

We had a fantastic stay! Would love to book again. The space has a great lay-out, comfortable rooms, and the deck has a great private view overlooking the golf course. It’s a great location by overlooks, trails, and restaurants. The hosts were amazing and friendly, and very responsive . Thanks again for a great trip!

We stayed here for a bachelorette weekend and had a great time. The house was even bigger and cozier than I anticipated and the views were gorgeous. We loved being on the same property as Cardinal Point Winery and walked down to do a tasting/enjoy some bottles. The kitchen was stocked with all the tools we could have needed and the pool area was great!

We had a wonderful stay. The home is spacious and exactly as described. The hot tub was such a welcome reprieve at the end of a long day, and we loved the gas fireplace. They also had both a pack and play and a high chair which was great with a baby. Definitely be aware that aside from the market and the edge restaurant you’re a solid 30+ minutes from anything else so plan to bring groceries and anything else you need on your way in.

I’d argue that this is one of the best places to stay in Wintergreen. The cabin itself is perfect. We are a young family and it was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is also perfect. It is very close to all the attractions on the resort. Clay was a great host as well. The perfect amount of communication; engaged without being intrusive. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be sure their trip is easy and successful!

My wife and I really enjoyed a weekend getaway at Mikki’s place. The condo has a great location with beautiful views and access to nearby Wintergreen amenities, and we took advantage of the less than 20 minute drive to multiple of the Nelson 151 breweries. Mikki is very responsive and we appreciated her recommendations and help in getting us get access to a nearby pool. Would stay again!

We used to spend a decent amount of time at Wintergreen but hadn’t in several years. This beautiful home was a wonderful welcome back. The location is quiet and surrounded by beautiful ferns and woods. The home is comfortably furnished and well equipped. There’s a large deck to help you enjoy the surroundings. The location is right off the Blue Ridge Parkway and the resort itself has several hiking trails. We had originally planned to stay elsewhere but that fell through. Andrew and Allison responded quickly and allowed us to book at the last minute. We are very glad it worked out the way it did!

We enjoyed the house. It was a great place for eleven people and two dogs - spacious and comfortable. Kids (and adults) enjoyed the game room and large tv downstairs. The host was very friendly and communicated and responded to our questions very quickly. Peaceful location.

We stayed here when our oldest graduated from law school. It was a great place for our family to celebrate her accomplishment together. The place was beautiful and our evening walk was one of our favorite memories. The only downside was our elderly mother (83 years old) had some issues getting up the stairs to the house. So if you have mobility challenged people in your family, you will need to be prepared to help them.

Wow! What an amazing house! This is one of the nicest places we have ever stayed! The house is in a terrific location near Tyro ski slope. The hosts have thought of everything at this home! They have a nice bench and ski racks outside the door for your gear. The boot trays and large entry rug are perfect to keep the floors clean. It is easy to park and unload your luggage. The house was spotless and everything was nicely renovated and looked brand new. The mini split heating system and gas fireplace were very efficient and kept the house cozy in the chilly weather. The house is very roomy and furnished so nicely. The beds and linens were excellent! The kids loved the loft space which was perfect with four beds. They supplied so many things like paper towels, toilet paper, ziploc bags, shampoo and conditioner, trash bags, cleaning supplies. I can’t say enough good things about this house. It truly was the most comfortable and thoughtfully designed house we have ever stayed in! Thank you

The wood stove is a lot of fun, and the porch is so tranquil in the evenings. A wonderful summertime retreat to explore the valley and enjoy nature!

We absolutely love Krista's place - this was our third stay and we can't wait to return. The view is incredible, and it is conveniently located close to the parkway, Wintergreen, parks, and breweries/cideries. Krista is friendly, helpful, and proactive. The open floorplan makes it a great place to hang out with family both indoors and outdoors.

This condo was perfect for a long ski weekend for our family of 4. Located close to slopes, clean and with a spectacular view! Would definitely stay again!
