Beautiful historic duplex house in the heart of woodland heights. Walking distance to downtown and next to Ingersoll avenue which is full of shops, bars, restaurants and more. Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.

My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard.

This was one of the best Airbnb’s I’ve ever stayed at! The house has a neat layout and perfect for all age groups. We had a group aged 3-86 and it was spacious and homey. Katie and Aaron thought of everything, we loved the light decor and open layout of everything. It’s not too crowded, but has everything you could possibly need. I liked that there were baby gates available to block off the stairs for our little traveler. The outdoor space is awesome and we loved having a few extra camping chairs available to use on top of the other patio furniture. Everything was comfortable and clean, everyone slept well and it was quiet. I liked the headboards with the extra lighting and the charging stations at bedside. Location is great, we went to the zoo, about a 15 min drive. Our kids loved the game and movie room, and the coloring books and crayons were a nice surprise. Thank you for such a beautiful space, we will definitely be back and recommend to anyone going to the Des Moines area.

I stayed at Jill's place for a quick overnight trip near the airport, and it was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and Jill was proactive and welcoming. It made my travel stress-free, and I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I also got to meet their lovely cat, Minnie which was a bonus. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and pleasant stay near the airport!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was cozy, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Logan was responsive, kind, and made sure everything went smoothly. The location was perfect for all our appts and close to great places to eat. Really enjoyed resting on the porch with some hot tea.
