Our 4-bedroom home built in 1940 is great for small or large gatherings, or anyone looking for a spacious yet cozy place to call their home away from home! Located a short distance from multiple grocery store selections and restaurants! For sleeping arrangements, we have 3 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and 2 twin folding rollaway beds. Things to note: The basement level is a separate rental unit with a private entrance and is not included with your booking unless requested. No shared spaces.

Our place allows 2 parking spots on site with a side entrance to your upstairs Airbnb. The 800+ sq ft space includes a private kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living room, and balcony with views of downtown. Picnic table and grassy area below balcony can be used on those nice Iowa days.
