From our guests: "The location couldn't have been better, and the apartment was SO spacious, with everything we needed. Newly remodeled, very cozy space. One queen sized bed. Kitchen contains microwave, mini fridge, air fryer and outdoor grill. Very close to I196. Honestly, there is some highway noise but while being inside it’s harder to hear. Easy access to get to Holland, Saugatuck, and Grand Rapids. Security cameras on outside of premises. no smoking of any kind or drug use on premises. I clean this air bnb myself so if you have any problems with it not being clean please contact me immediately

This little spot is great for spending time in the Social District of Holland. Great Communication, Solid Stay Overall Our host was fantastic with communication throughout our stay - quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The space matched the photos and description, so no surprises there. The location worked well for our plans, and check-in was smooth. While the place showed some wear and tear that you might not expect at the price point, it was perfectly fine. One small note: the TV required connecting (and re-connecting) your phone for internet access to use streaming services, which was a bit inconvenient in 2025. Would definitely consider staying again... The host's responsiveness really made the experience pleasant, even when we had a couple minor questions during our stay. Thanks for hosting us!

We had a fantastic time! The space was perfect for our family of 5. The home was spacious and kept very clean. It was nice having a washer and dryer with free and clear detergent used. I am allergic to fragrances and usually can’t use others’ washers and dryers. But we were able to wash our clothes at Eric‘s place! Eric was so quick to respond throughout our stay. We had an unexpected tornado watch and he was so helpful to make sure our children were kept safe throughout the duration of the storm. The backyard was perfect for our kids to run around and get their energy out. I enjoy cooking was able to cook all the things I needed with the fully loaded kitchen. There were extra towels, sheets, and blankets so we never ran out. The bedroom windows had black curtains, which was so helpful during the night of thunderstorms. My kids would not have gone to sleep otherwise! We are so grateful for Eric and his home. It truly played a big role in creating a core memory for our family.

This cozy cabin is in a perfect location, just a short drive from so many great spots. Despite being close to the owners’ house, I felt like I had complete privacy, especially with the deck facing the woods and the fire pit area all to ourselves. The space is small but thoughtfully equipped with everything you need, making it a perfect retreat for a relaxing, nature-filled getaway.

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was very welcoming, with plenty of amenities and clear instructions. Very good Wi-Fi, wonderful patio with fire pit, and dream kitchen and bathrooms. Two spacious king beds made the adults happy and the full over full bunks made the kids even happier! Thank you! Would absolutely stay again.
