Holiday rentals with beach access in Windham County

This apartment was exactly what I was looking for. The hosts were super-responsive and were available to me when I needed to extend my stay by a day. Highly recommended.

Thanks for the host making this place like home. Furnitures are well organized. My partner and I love the sofa in the living room. There is a big sofa and single arm chair sofa. It’s good for staying with partner to kiss cuddle and more. We love the well organized kitchen. Very well-equipped. They even have some stock of food, coffee and tea bags just in case if you are hungry in mid night. We came here for skiing trip. It’s just 15 min to Mt Snow, 1.5h to Okemo. Stratton is also around this area. Great location for mountain staycation.

We had a great 4 day stay at Nina’s place. The apt is exactly as pictured and described on Airbnb. The space was a nice size, the furniture comfortable with the bed on the softer side, really good Water pressure in the shower, good amount of kitchen ware To create breakfast and lunches and light dinners. We loved the proximity to town and yet how quiet the place was, and there is a river directly in back. Nina was very prompt in responding to questions and gave us great recommendations for hikes in the area. There is a great bookstore and a number of really wonderful gift stores with Vermont artist’s works a block from the apt. And about a mile down the road starfire bakery with truly amazing baked goods. Make it a priority to Go there and try lots of things! We really loved our stay at Nina’s place and hope we can return in the fall or winter.

It was a wonderful stay. Whether you’re just looking to relax or for a little adventure this stay offers it all. Even though it was a rainy stay they offer plenty of movies, books and games.

We had a wonderful stay at The Lotus House. Elizabeth’s instructions were so clear and helpful and the energy of the place was amazing. We also loved having the paper menus of all the local restaurants accessible since they had more info than their websites! We also did not expect to arrive with snow on the ground but that was super lovely. And we especially appreciated the mindfulness regarding waste + lower our plastic footprint. Highly recommend!

Matt's Airbnb was a wonderful place for us to get away for a long weekend! The house was lovely with all the comforts of home. We loved so much about this house, especially the layout. All one floor, which was great! The mudroom was great for bags and boots, the kitchen was well stocked , and the living room was amazing- very comfy large sectional sofa for relaxing, a nice cozy little sun room to hang out on and read a book. Having 3 bedrooms and 2 baths were the perfect size, and the washer and dryer were an added bonus. We loved the outdoor space for grilling and walking our pups. Very peaceful neighborhood and wonderful little town with great restaurants! Matt was so nice and helpful with any questions that we had, and even offered us a later check out which was nice! We loved this part of VT and hope to visit again soon! Thank you Matt for being such a great host! We can't wait to book our next stay!

Quiet, cozy place to stay. Plenty of beds for our extended family to stay for the weekend. The lakeside location would be great for summer. We came in the fall, but it was lovely just to sit on the deck, have coffee, and enjoy the scenery. Kitchen is fully stocked. You’re less than 10 min to downtown Wilmington. Hope to stay again.

The boulder house was the perfect spot for my family to get away and relax. Spring skiing and the comfort of this home allowed everyone in our family to enjoy some relaxation. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay for a ski weekend at Mt Snow. Close to the mountain as well as downtown Wilmington. Very cute house that was fun to spend time at and more than enough space for 3 couples. Internet was very strong, as well, as my wife worked remotely one day. Heads up the driveway does get very icy so might not be the best spot in winter for someone older but overall we loved it.

We loved this beautiful home. The quiet countryside was just what we wanted. The bird feeder provided great entertainment over breakfast. We enjoyed watching the sweet sixteen basketball on the large TV in the game room. Great place with a space for every need there. This was our second stay there but not our last.

We loved our stay at this house. The house had everything we needed and we loved the area. The stream in the back is absolutely lovely, and the gas fireplace made us feel very cozy and relaxed during our rainy couple of days. We will be back.

The house was the perfect cozy stay for our ski trip. It was great to warm up by the fire and in the hot tub. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, and we really enjoyed our stay.
