Nice, clean place. Convenient location! Great if you want to fish or spend time on or near the river! Nice covered porch if it’s raining, great fire pit and chairs!

Loved this stay it was great for my family and I! My one year old had tons of space to play safely and my 10 year old had his own space to be comfortable! Loved this stay! It was nice and cozy!

Kim’s place was great! Our stay was brief but the place was exactly as described and nice and clean. We had a minor issue during check in and Kim and Dave were very quick to respond and assist. We would definitely recommend.

Our family had a very enjoyable stay at Ralph and Vera’s home. The home was spotless, comfortable, and the setting was so quiet and peaceful. Our children enjoyed playing on the playground area outside our space and there was also a beautiful gazebo on the property that could be used as well. The home was well stocked with any items you might need during your stay. I could not have asked for a better place to stay while stopping through on our way back home. Thanks to Ralph and Vera for a wonderful stay!

This spot was just what I needed during my brief visit to Front Royal. Erika was very friendly and helpful and my check-in/check-out experience was quick and easy. No chore list for check-out, which was a nice change from most listings these days. There were even snacks available and bottled water in the adorable fridge. Very peaceful area and safe surroundings. Definitely recommended!

Great Location. Close to a lot of shops and restaurants all within a short walk 3- 10 minutes for most. Easy parking onsite in an assigned space so no worries about finding a parking space. Space was great with four separate rooms with an eat in kitchen, separate bedroom with plenty of storage and TV, bathroom with plenty of hot water, and separate living room with second TV. The pictures accurately showed the rooms and space available and were current. Location was on second floor with nice wide stairs and sturdy handrails. The kitchen was well stocked with all the items normally needed and it was great to have full a full sized stove and refrigerator plus microwave and dishwasher. All worked as expected. The AC and Heating both work excellent and kept the place at a nice and cozy temperature through out or 6 day stay. They also provided plenty of towels for an extended stay. They were responsive to our asks and needs. We highly recommend this location and will be returning again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! we were here for a wedding about fifteen minutes away and this was the perfect place to stay for the weekend. Comfy bed. Plenty of free parking. The place was actually bigger than it looked in the photos. It was very nice and well decorated.

We really enjoyed staying here. The place is lovely and we had everything we needed and more. Teresa was kind in making sure we had everything we might need and even left us some wonderful cookies!

A nearly perfect stay - We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb tucked away in the woods near the Shenandoah River. The setting was peaceful and scenic—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The home was impressively well-stocked with everything from cooking essentials to medical supplies and even female hygiene products, which was a thoughtful touch. We did run into a couple of technical issues with the HVAC not cooling and the ceiling fan not working. However, the hosts were incredibly responsive and sent someone out as soon as possible to address it, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a nearly perfect stay, and we’d happily return!

Such a beautiful retreat - close to downtown Berkeley Springs but just far enough away to feel completely secluded. the view from every room and balcony was gorgeous. The house has nearly everything you need right there - we especially appreciated the kitchen having seasonings & all of the pots/pans/dishes you need to cook. Our goal was having a few days to rest and spend time with each other, and that's exactly what we were able to do. The game room was a real treat, and the bowl of conversation starters in the living room was such a fun way to hang out without just having the TV on.

After a 12-hour drive, this home was the perfect place to walk into—so cozy, clean, and welcoming. The space had a warm, homey feel, cute decorations, and everything was super organized. Jamie thought of everything—bathroom essentials, coffee, snacks—it was really nice to have that available right away after a long day/night of traveling. We were so impressed with the attention to detail and how comfortable the whole place felt! The outside of the home is just as beautiful. It’s set in the back of a quiet neighborhood with large lawns, a roomy driveway for parking. There is also a back patio that was super cute and a peaceful spot to relax. Jamie is an amazing host: friendly, quick to respond, and happy to help with anything we needed. She was incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and made us feel like we were staying with our favorite aunt. Her warmth and thoughtfulness made the whole experience even better. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Excellent home for a group! Hannah's beautiful mansion had everything we needed for a wedding party group for the weekend. The home sits on top of a hill and has a gorgeous view of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The home slept 10 with way more space for many additional guests. No complaints about our stay and I would like to thank and commend Hannah for her prompt communication and flexibility with our group!

This house was absolutely perfect and if you are coming for the Civil War history, this is the place to stay! Not enough focus is on just how close this house is in relation to the Antietam Battlefield and the walking trails. The house was absolutely spotless and well laid out. The hot tub was a perfect way to rest and recover from our miles of hikes. Captain Benders Tavern is only about 3 minutes away in town and has a nice menu and food was delicious! And Harpers Ferry is only about a 25 minute drive. Just a word of advice, if you are planning on hiking, bring tick spray and as soon as you get back to the house, put your clothes in the dryer on high for 10 or 20 minutes and do a good body check. We brought SEVERAL ticks home with us... Yuck!

I had just stopped in to visit family and wanted a place to rest for a night. I was born and raised in Hagerstown, so I frequently make overnight trips. However, even the “better” hotels in the area have become far from pleasant. So I’m glad I decided to stay here instead! I have yet to stay anywhere as clean, quiet and comfy. It had everything you needed. The bathroom was spacious and the place overall was very nice. Had I stayed there longer, the kitchenette and dining area would have been perfect for enjoying a prepared meal!! Hosts were very friendly and helped me out upon arrival. I definitely recommend staying here!

Paul’s townhouse in Bolivar was perfect for our trip to Harper’s Ferry. From top to bottom the house is equipped with everything necessary to make any stay special. The rooms were well made and fit our group of 5 with ease. I would recommend this location to anyone!

We came for a graduation and Bill’s space was perfect for what we needed: private, clean, and comfortable. He was welcoming but not intrusive, and we felt safe. We’d definitely stay again!

Communication was great, the location was nice and the description of the facility was spot on. It was roomy and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

Large place, great jumping off point and close to town for my partner, my dog and myself. Very clean, and set up great to watch TV at night or work from home. And a fully operational kitchen so you don't have to eat out every night. Thank you again!

This was a perfect stay in a beautiful condo with a terrific host. There was nothing more you could ask for. Katie's condo was as neat as a pin, had everything I needed, and was both easily accessible to everything I wanted to get to, but restful and quiet. I liked it so much. I added it on an extra night.

Molly was a great host. The Airbnb looks exactly like the photos. The place was clean and had everything we needed. It was quiet and we couldn’t hear any neighbors. Molly gave very detailed instructions which made checking in super simple. The beds were a little bit hard but other than that, this was a perfect place to stay.

Alison's place is great if you value being walkable to Old Town. We prefer this over staying at the Wyndham Grand because of the separate room for our baby to sleep in. The kitchen is modern and fridge with a water filter is clutch. We didn't try to make any meals. Bed was clean/firm, HVAC was responsive, and lounge chair in the sitting area was comfortable. You can hear the train and street noise (especially cars w/o mufflers) at night, but I assume that's the case if you stay anywhere near Old Town.

We had a great couple of days here. Really enjoyed sitting on the back porch. We had to leave a day early because rain cancelled our mountain biking plans. We would stay here again!

This was a great spot! Definitely will stay again the next time we are in town. The location is amazing!!!
