Family-friendly holiday rentals in Winchester Bay

Cute place. Had all the amenities. Loved the front deck for morning coffee. Enjoyed the hot tub in the evenngs. Perfect close walk to the beach! Hope to come back again.

This lake house was the perfect getaway from the busy life of a business owner. Me and my husband were truly in heaven. The house was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. We will definitely be back.

We were struggling to find a place that would accommodate 6 guests, Luckily we found Audrey! She was very nice and communicative from the start and the space was a great place to stay. It was very cozy but still spacious with a very cute little kitchen that had everything we needed. Everything was very clean and comfortable and the hot tub was an awesome bonus!

Overall we enjoyed our stay and the space. Two of the bedrooms are outstanding, while one upstairs is not private, and one is basically a closet with two bunks in it. Still, it was a good value for what we paid. A few listed kitchen amenities were missing but it was workable. Sweet Homes Rentals is a great management company and very quick to respond with helpful information throughout whole process. The location is stellar and we would stay there again.

The place and Jacuzzi was great. The fence for the yard needs a couple sections replaced. Would have been great to have had a BBQ. As we were leaving we found a charcoal BBQ. In a location guests don’t go. Would have been nice to have a propane BBQ, they are safer. The place was quiet and relaxing.

Sharon’s cottage is a true hidden gem. Nestled in a beautifully secluded spot, it’s the perfect retreat if you’re looking to escape the noise and reconnect with nature. The photos simply don’t do it justice; the cottage is more peaceful in person than they can possibly capture. One of the things I appreciated most was the absence of Wi-Fi and limited cell service—it gave me the chance to truly unplug and unwind. There is a TV with a small collection of DVDs, which was a lovely touch for a quiet evening in (I'd recommend bringing your own favorites if you have any). The cabin is also dog-friendly, which made it even more special. If you’re a fan of solitude & quiet mornings this place is a dream. All in all, this cottage is a perfect little sanctuary. We loved this place, the views were amazing, the house was beautiful, the beds were comfortable, the host was extremely friendly and responsive. I think well be back soon!!

We have now stayed in Ladybug and hummingbird and both places are wonderful. The location is fantastic and Eugenia is an A+ host.

A beautiful little place with comfortable beds, modern kitchen and fully fenced backyard. This place is on a pretty busy small street but is easy to pull in and pull out of a large driveway.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sea Lion Surf. We loved the ocean views, and the beach access was so convenient, literally just across the street. We would seriously consider staying there next year.

This Host provided a beautiful place to relax and enjoy the Oregon Coast. Detailed and clear instructions were provided as well as a very detailed quest book that has tons of great info. Highly recommend!

Candy and John are delightful people and attentive hosts. Great, basic little studio. Lots of spices and other basics in the kitchen. Established herb garden too. They even have snacks for people in the laundry room! The yard is an oasis on the hill overlooking the port of Charleston. Beautiful gardens, lovely view and lots of cute wildlife. We really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Candy and John!

Our stay at this Airbnb in Coos Bay was absolutely wonderful! The location is terrifically convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Inside, the home is incredibly charming and impeccably clean, with all the necessary amenities thoughtfully provided. We especially loved how bright the space felt, with sunshine streaming in through all the windows. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the quality linens ensured a great night's sleep. Little touches like the nice coffee available were much appreciated! Outside, the yard and landscaping are simply stunning, brimming with beautiful plants. The patio was also beautiful! Love it!

Great find in the Coos Bay, Oregon area! Just what my boyfriend and I needed for our week long stay! Loved how private the house is and the inside was clean and cozy. We had all the things we needed to cook full meals all week and to feel right at home! Thank you, cannot recommend enough! :)

The place is on a quiet lake, not far from "downtown" Florence. Leslie's instructions on how the house works are clear and helpful. It was a pleasure interacting with her

The cabin was rustic but cute. It had everything we needed. It was very clean and comfortable. Unfortunately it rained heavily for most of our stay and we were unprepared for that so we didn’t go crabbing and fishing at the coast like we planned. The location was a little too far away for visiting friends and family but that was just a function of not being familiar with the area. We made it work, traveled to get our visits in, and enjoyed our time away.

Was a very cozy and charming beach house. Loved the location how close it was to the beach. Well stocked with amenities and bathrooms seemed updated and spotless. Plenty of room to park. Would definitely like to stay there again.
