This place was perfect and we will definitely stay here again when we come to the area.

Me and my family loved our stay. The pool and hot tub was great and lots of fun, we didn’t expect how deep it was. The mini golf course is a good time as well. There was so much to enjoy at the house we barely had time to go to the beach. And the host and owner were extremely friendly, and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay here! Everything was exactly as described. Eugene was really responsive when communicating and super friendly! I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. Thank you again for such a relaxing place to stay!

I can't say enough positive things about Alice and her home. She was incredibly welcoming, and made my entire weekend a delight. Her home is beautiful, and it was a very comfortable stay. But Alice's kindness and generosity really went above and beyond. Thank you again!

Great location and host. The home was the perfect size for my family and friends.

Mark is a great host. The house is immaculate. Every little detail is perfect. By far the nicest AirBNB I have ever rented. Mark made sure everything was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy.

Beverly's home was perfect for our family and situation: family vacation with a 2 year old. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very peaceful; access to a very quiet beach is one block away. The aquarium, dolphin tours, and several dockside restaurants are 3 minute drives. The main boardwalk is a 5 minute drive. The home itself was nicer than pictured, and had just about everything we needed, including linens and towels, beach wagons, chairs, and umbrellas. The pool was extremely well-designed, and terrific for warm days before/after the beach. The Internet was not the most reliable, and the cable TV would cut out for 3-5 seconds every 30 minutes or so... these may have been attributed to the storms early in our trip Recommendations: 1. Bring a coffee machine or k cup filter for ground coffee (only Keurig is available) 2. Be aware there are plenty of stairs (30) in this 3 story home. Beverly communicated very well, and gave the number of her nextdoor neighbor for any timely needs.

Great place to stay

Very nice stay, very nice home and neighborhood. Ideal for a “base camp” to explore all of eastern Virginia and neighboring areas. Sometimes, traveling in this manner, small glitches happen. Most are easily solved with good communication, a responsive host and mutual cooperation. Had a small glitch - easily and quickly solved with these practices. Many thanks to the Host of this property!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 A Hidden Gem – Even Better in Person! I almost don’t want to write this review because I want to keep this place a secret! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away. The space is even more beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully designed than I expected. Every detail—from the decor to the cleanliness to the cozy atmosphere—was clearly done with care. The lighting, the views, and the overall vibe were all so much better than I imagined. It felt like a modern hotel but with all the comfort and warmth of home. The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, which made everything even smoother. If you’re on the fence, trust me—this place will exceed your expectations. I’ll definitely be back!

Very clear instructions, easy to find and enter. Inside the home was very clean and even provided instructions throughout the home. If in the area again, we will definitely come back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Virginia and Richard’s Serenity beach house. It was so relaxing, we didn’t want to leave! Everything was perfectly appointed. We appreciated the gift the Hosts left for us upon arrival. Such a special touch! The sunsets were gorgeous from the balcony. Beach is very walkable. Everyone is friendly. They also gave great restaurant recommendations. If we are ever in this area in the future, we would definitely stay there again!!!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home! The space was incredibly spacious and spotless, offering plenty of room to relax and feel comfortable. The location couldn't be better — just a quick, easy walk to the beach, which made our days so convenient and enjoyable. Our host Arielle was truly wonderful — friendly, helpful, and very proactive with communication. From the moment we booked until checkout, they made sure we had everything we needed and were always quick to respond to any questions. The property is spectacular. Everything about the accommodations was excellent. Not one complaint. Just praise. The host was very friendly and helpful. So were the neighbors!

We had a wonderful stay this past weekend at Brian’s place. We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed some down time at the house playing air hockey, having a meal together at the large dining table and walking our dogs on the beach (a very short walk away). The dogs each had their own dog bed and the fenced in yard was a plus! Check in/out was seamless and Brian was very responsive with recommendations and answering any questions that we had. The house was very clean and comfortable and provided the perfect space for our family to make new memories.

The place was just as described. It was well maintained and just across the street from the shoreline. I highly recommend this place if you are staying ion the area.

The host was so kind and made sure we had a comfortable stay! The AC ended up not working due to an accidental mishap when she was working on her yard! She was able to get the AC fixed as we arrived to the Air BNB and we had the coolest room ever ( which we love) especially on a hot day! We are thankful for the time she took to get that done ASAP! She also had a wonderful cute cottage with all that you’d need for a short stay! It was equipped with great dishes and all the things you’d need for a perfect stay in a home :) it was extremely clean and decorated nicely for your small family! It also has a beautiful back yard oasis to sit out and relax or go for a swim :) you won’t want to miss this Airbnb!! Located near the beach and a great park and walking paths for you kiddos!! All you need nearby just a short walk away!! It was a great getaway for the weekend with a very kind host who is always there to help if needed :)

Nicole was very responsive and i knew i could count on her for any issues. Beach was literally down the street and very quiet/private!

We had an amazing time and truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Pip and Sheryl were absolutely wonderful—friendly, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. The level of care they provided felt like white glove service from start to finish. They even arranged an early check-in for us, which was such a relief since we were coming in from out of town and unsure what we’d do with our bags. Everything was seamless, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. With family in the area, I’m already looking forward to staying with them again!

This home stands out among the many air B&B’s I have stayed it. Emily and Abel provided many extras such as cold water and snacks when we arrived, beach towels for our use, dog food bowls for our dog, soft beds with plush throws to use at our leisure. The neighborhood is walkable filled with southern charm. Our family used this home as a gathering place for my son’s wedding. It exceeded my expectations.
