Holiday rentals with a patio in Williston

Very tranquil place, very clean shower, comfortable bed, great amenities, lots of magazines and easy to use television. Very short distance from Montpelier. Nice bird variety, lovely flowers, you can hear the river from the apartment. Bridge is cool, river bank is fun, chairs outside.

Our stay at Mark and Robin's was fantastic -- check-in was very easy, the place itself was spotless and spacious, and Robin was extremely friendly throughout the stay, offering great recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The stay in Burlington was phenomenal and Robin & Mark were very accommodating.

Andrew’s place was exactly as described. Just far enough out of of the middle of Middlebury to be completely peaceful, but a very quick drive to town. The space was clean, spacious and had a great kitchen. The view off of the back deck was fabulous. I’d definitely stay there again.

This place is incredible!! First time in Vermont, and Chad and his family were so kind and welcoming. The place was a perfect size (would work comfortably for a solo traveler or couple) and had great amenities, including a large shower with a tall shower head (iykyk). The setting is absolutely pristine- a perfect retreat for rest and rejuvenation. Great location with easy drives to Burlington and all the little towns in the Champlain Valley, as well as Stowe and Montpelier. And, just to emphasize, the hospitality was second to none. Definitely will be returning to the area and would book here again in a heartbeat!

Cheryl’s place is in a beautiful location with easy access to nearby towns and attractions. The apartment was brand new, spotless and very comfortable. She always responded immediately when I had any questions or needed something. If you’re traveling to the Upper Valley stay with Cheryl!

Brain was a great host with clear and friendly communication. This was a wonderful find to accommodate 1-2 people for an excellent price. It is a very peaceful and beautiful small neighborhood near the walkable, cute town of Montpelier. Notably, the kitchenette is small, as already listed, but still perfectly functional. I definitely recommend, and I would stay here again.

This place was amazing! It was clean, had great privacy and exactly what we needed! Our favorite was the laundry and hot tub! 110% would stay again!

Danikas place was extremely cozy- has an extremely homey vibe with simple yet creative decor. There were lots of reminders and how-to’s posted around the house that were helpful. Definitely recommend if traveling to the Burlington/Winooski area!

Overall we very much enjoyed modern rural space. Kiss the Cow farm about 5min drive was amazing& we got most all main food there w/ additional items from Barnard General Store. Spices/ cookware were very good - we brought nonstick pans& 1 knife to supplement. Plenty bowls, measuring cups/spoons, maybe a set of tom collins glasses would be nice albeit stemless wine and rocks glasses available. Needs garlic/onion powder. Tub was amazing/ upstairs bathroom a true getaway/ relaxing space. It was as pictured albeit note spiral staircase &open grated flooring upstairs. Plenty of windows albeit not much cross breeze so think ahead if bring own fan and/or start A/C before get too warm. I would say you must have an SUV year round for this rental - surrounding roads/ driveway are a good distance on rough dirt/gravel - traversable yet a sportier car with low profile tires/ ground clearance would not work. We enjoyed simply walking driveway& East Barnard Rd. Barnard Inn restaurant worth it.

We stayed here for UVM graduation weekend. The location is perfect being so close to the airport and campus and the EXPO center. The rooms and spacious and comfortable allowing family to eat together, play card games, and watch TV. We wished it had stayed dry so we could have used the outside fire pit.

The place worked out great! Very good location, big back yard that is fully fenced in for the dog, and a good layout for spending time at the home. I would recommend this place to other people, specially if they have pets!

Beautiful house with a ski chalet feel….it rained while we were there but everything inside was cozy and comfortable. Looking forward to returning:)

We had a nice stay for our son’s graduation from UVM. Plenty of room for 4 of us, Andria was very communicative and check-in a breeze.

Great spot in Burlington for a group of 6. Walkable to a a few breweries and restaurants. Very short drive to downtown. The house appears to have been renovated recently and everything looks and functions great. You have a view of the lake from the back window and deck. It is also very nice have the parking space in the carport.

Scott's place is very quite and peaceful, ideal for couple looking for a romance getaway. We have everything we need in his place. Temperature dropped the weekend that we were there, so Scott was nice enough to prep the indoor fireplace for us and it was amazing! The kitchen was nice and he had left a few items for us in the fridge. Overall a really good stay, definitely recommend!

Aarons’s place was the perfect home base for a visit to stowe and surrounding area. quite part of stowe, unbelievable views from the dining and rec room windows and minutes from everything. perfect place to come back to after a day of adventures !

Great place to stay. Beautiful walking trails and very peaceful in the off season. Enjoyed the over the mountain ride into Stowe each morning.

We enjoyed staying here! The place was just what we were looking for. It was clean, organized and a very quick walk to the mountain. Great price too! James was very clear with directions/information and friendly.

The condo was excelent. Plenty of space, clean, and well organized. The condo has lots of dishes, pots, pans, cups which made it easy to cook. The grill was in good condition and located perfectly on the balcony. Josh was very responsive and flexible. He gave very clear instructions and the expectations for checkout were very reasonable and easy to complete. Great place to book if you are bringing children and pets! Plenty of yard space for them to play. The location is a close to drive stowe for skiing and to ben and jerrys factory for a fun family acitivty. I highly recommend this location!!

This little ski condo was perfect for a long weekend up at Bolton Valley! You’re right on the slopes, just down the hall from the Tavern, right above the mountain market, and the place has everything you need. Will be back!

We had a great stay. The condo is spacious, and the toys were a big hit with the kids. The location is as advertised - right in the heart of Smuggler's Notch and a short walk to the village and Morse Mountain chairlifts. Getting to / from any part of the resort is a breeze with shuttle service available right outside the building. Having access to the unit's ski locker at the ground level is a big help, and there are plenty of coat hangers as well as ample space to store boots, helmets, etc. It's an ideal place and set-up for a Smuggler's notch ski trip.

We would ideally have liked to stay longer and Sarah was very accommodating in that regard but the rainy weather forced us to travel north as we are on tight schedule. Would definitely visit again when we are back in Vermont in future.

I had a fantastic stay at this condo on Sugarbush Mountain! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to the base and all the mountain dining options. The condo itself was spotless and felt very welcoming. William, the host, was excellent with communication and incredibly accommodating, even with my same-day booking. Everything about the experience was smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking to stay right on the mountain!
