Our little family had a great stay here and look forward to the next time that we’re back in the Ocala area to enjoy this beautiful, cozy residence. We will be back for sure!

This duplex was wonderful! Clean, well decorated and kitchen stocked with essential tools.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a bit difficult to find in the dark but that one’s on us. Otherwise it was quiet, peaceful stay. The location is near to plenty of restaurants and shops for needs and wants. When we’re in Gainesville again we’ll see if this one’s available.

Was a great location for us to attend graduation at UF. Conveniently located to restaurants.

The Cottage was in the center of town which made it not too far from any place we wanted to go. If there on a Saturday, during the Summer, you need to check out The Market Place downtown. Like a farmers market with fresh vegetables/fruit, crafts, homemade food and even a nice jazzy band playing which lended to a relaxed atmosphere.

Very nice, private, peaceful. Lots of stuff close by. Perfect location for visiting the springs.

Tina and Randall were the greatest hosts - we loved our stay at their place and couldn’t recommend it more!

We brought our Frenchies. The cows were so close. The dogs loved the cows. I love cows too. Bob is a nice guy and quick to get you anything you need. Bob has two cats and they are both friendly. My husband snored loud, due to allergies in the area. I felt kinda bad, because I worried that he was too loud, but Bob never said a word. We were able to drive out to Gainesville every day and do things, not a long drive. We thought the yard was fenced in, but it isn't completely, so the dogs had to stay on leashes while outside. That wasn't a big deal though. Over all, we had a great vacation.

Great option for nearby softball tournament.

It was a great place to stay. This was first experience using an Airbnb. AJ is the one that recommended this unit. Enjoyed our stay.

The condo was in a great location, convenient & walkable to the university. It was very clean & nicely appointed. Gregg was a great host & was very responsive. The AC stopped working & within 15 min Gregg was there to assess the situation & within an hour the technician had repaired it! Would definitely stay again!

this place is in the most beautiful setting, so peaceful and beautiful. the hosts were outstanding. felt welcome right away. gave space to do what I wanted to do which was often just sitting in their most beautiful space and soaking it all in Do not hesitate book it !

We came to Gainesville for a Florida football game. Amy’s place was conveniently located near campus and a quiet, cozy retreat before and after the big game. The condo was well stocked and peaceful. Amy was very communicative and very thoughtful making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Great stay! Would stay again!

Beautiful place and very clean! Had all the essentials - kitchen items, cleaning supplies, toilet paper, towels, etc. Pleasant back deck overlooking a grassy area, great living room area, lots of closet space, nice washer/dryer, blackout shades in spacious bedrooms. Niki was quick to respond and very helpful. Would 100% stay here again.

Gary cozy apartment is a perfect way to put it! Spacious, clean, stocked, and in a great location. You just can’t beat the price! We’ll definitely stay again!
