There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, creating sleeping arrangements for four guests. Kitchen includes a microwave, refrigerator as well as a toaster and coffee maker. My husband and I stayed for Memorial weekend and we are so happy we chose Pierce and Chad's RV! It was very clean, stocked and the property was beautiful and peaceful! We were lucky enough to see some deer while walking the property. I was worried about the mosquitos so we came prepared with mosquito repellent, etc. We didn't even have to use any of our stuff we brought with us because the tiki torches were lit up through out the property and we weren't bit once! They were so kind enough to leave us a goodie basket that had homemade bread, duck eggs, bananas, and apples - this was so sweet and thoughtful!! We're so happy we found this hidden gem. We can't wait to come back!!!

This was a great place to stay while we were in town for softball. It was very clean and roomy. It was fairly quiet and peaceful. All that is made available during our stay was very accommodating. We will definitely consider staying again if we are ever in the area in the future. Thanks for being such a great host!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. The beds were so comfortable and we had everything we needed. Place was very clean and area was quiet and peaceful. Steven made everything seemless with clear entry instructions, quick communication, and going above and beyond to bring us extra linens when we needed more towels. I would definitely stay here again!

i got to meet her, She was very friendly person and helpful when something that needed attention . my grandson really like the peacock that happen to be around. and when I got there there was a nice homemade cookie and fresh eggs I dont know if that is for everyone but it was really appreciate.
