Holiday rentals with a home cinema in Williamsburg

Our stay was very enjoyable! We had a short stay but we enjoyed the pool and loved going to Williamsburg to shop! Thank you so much for letting us stay! 😊

Totally impressed with the rooms. Accommodated all of us with lots of space. Very clean…even the outdoor furniture was clean. I love to sit on the balcony in the mornings and felt very at home. We had a small hiccup with the hot water turning cold before we all had showers, but followed Randall’s instructions and called the front desk. They came right away and fixed the issue. Plenty of hot water the rest of our stay. I was very pleased with our stay here.

Very nice space. Perfect team for our family. Bathrooms were different but right next to each other. Be prepared to walk up stairs to the main level. Plenty of room.

This place was beautiful and cute I feel like they should show the actual pictures instead of using Ai because it’s very beautiful inside and outside. Peaceful environment and friendly atmosphere. It’s also very quiet for the most part. I loved the gym that was there as well! My only thing is I wish the washing machine and dryer worked as we went to the beach and had to wash and dry some clothes other then that it’s absolutely gorgeous and perfect for family and friends.

Very responsive host and I was very thankful for their generosity and their quick response times! Would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous stay. Apartment very large. 2 master suites with king comfy beds. Huge walk-in tile shower and bathtub in other bathroom. We didn’t even use 1 bedroom & bathroom. Full kitchen…Yes with tons of counter space. Had a really great deck with big green plastic chairs & 1 tables. Gorgeous deck view of the woods….very private! Plenty of parking and the activities this place has was phenomenal. Outdoor giant checkers, playground, tennis & pickleball courts, mini golf, full gym, indoor pool, hot tub, adult pool and huge family pool. Nice comfy chairs, pool bar attached to restaurant with everything on the menu for family’s. Ice cream too. Game room with free arcade games and tons of them. I know I left more fun out cuz we were only there for 2 1/2 days. My 15 year old and I really enjoyed our stay. We hit Go Ape Adventures, Aldi for food/snacks, Busch Gardens, shopped, hit one of the ton of restaurants around the corner. Very convenient location from lots of fun!!!

Brad and Sarah are an absolute joy they are so thoughtful and helpful they are like family now. Best host I’ve encountered and I’d love staying where they are hosting definitely a hidden gem 🥰

Very clean and nice place to stay.

My family and I absolutely love our "Home away from home." This was our 2nd year enjoying all of the elegance and fun your home has to offer. Giovanni and family are the best host's that we have ever had. Communication is so important, and any time I reached out, I was quickly responded to. We got into town a little early, and they were very accommodating when they didn't have to be. The home is immaculate and warm and we didn't have to leave to be entertained. Visiting my son, who is active duty military is even more amazing when you have such a beautiful home with plenty of family things to do right at your fingertips. The neighborhood is peaceful and we felt safe and secure in our own private oasis! Thanks so much for making our stay just as amazing as the 1st time. Looking forward to our next trip!!

Elli & Brent’s place on the James River was a beautiful spot for our family vacation. Our arrival was wonderful as our hosts had left us a cute note and treats to enjoy. The house had plenty of room for our group of 6, especially with the outdoor space/dock and the home theater, which might have been the kids favorite room. The property was conveniently just a quarter mile away from the ferry so Jamestown/Yorktown/Willliamsburg/Busch Gardens were easily accessible. Really an excellent place from which to visit the triangle and get some nice rest and relaxation in between. Thanks guys for such a lovely visit.

We were in town for our son’s wedding and enjoyed our stay very much. Jason responded quickly to the few questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Victoria and her Husband are fantastic hosts, the Home was in great condition, she indicated they did all the work themselves on the home and they should be PROUD! Visiting family in the Kilmarnock area was made so easy and cozy in their space.

What an incredible home! The setting was magical and the space has everything you need. The kitchen is so well stocked and there are so many thoughtful touches. Rolled beach towels in baskets, helpful signs, kayaks, cheese boards…. We had a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend!

What a beautiful place for our 3 generation family vacation (ages 1 yr {we brought our own pack n play} to late 50s). We really enjoyed all the extra outdoor stuff, like the kayaks, and canoes, fire pit with plenty of seating, and the hammocks. The storm surge brought the river into the yard for the first day or so but even that we loved. Our dogs lovedbiunding around in it and our little ones enjoyed it as well. Mark was a great communicator. He responded quickly to our inquiries and was quick to respond when a couple of "life hiccups" happened. The house itself has something for everyone, from the movies to the video games and books and games and even toys for kids. Our family especially enjoyed the Florida room off of the Mastoer King bedroom. We definitely recommend Mark's house at Piankatank Point!

Loved the resort and all the different things to do. We will definitely visit again, had a great time!

Condo was as described in the listing. The condo is part of a timeshare property but the staff only made the timeshare pitch once (<3 minutes) and took no quickly and respectfully at checkin. If you are visiting the triangle with family or a large group (colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown) and Busch Gardens, you can’t beat the location and value. Unlike other airbnbs, no cleaning required on checkout which is a pleasure on vacation.

Michael's place was clean and extremely comfortable. It was within a 15 minute drive to Busch Gardens and Colonial Williamsburg, as advertised. The varied amenities kept our kids (ranging from almost 15 to 4) all occupied and everyone enjoyed their vacation. Highly recommend.

Working with David was great and our stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Michael & Randall gave very clear instructions and information about the unit. Check in was a breeze, we were in and out without any hassle. The unit was perfect for our family, we had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our stay. The property was peaceful, workers were friendly. Food lion, and Busch Gardens was very close by . Would definitely return!

My family (husband and 2 kids) and a friend’s family (with her 2 kids) stayed at Michael’s condo over Memorial Day weekend and we could not have been more pleased. The lockout setup with 2 bedrooms on one side and a single bedroom on the other side with a connecting hallway was the perfect setup for our 2 families. Checkin was a breeze and the condo was pristine when we arrived. This condo’s location was also one of the best in the resort! It was centrally located to all the activities and amenities with nothing more than a 2-min walk away. We were all blown away by the amount of activities and things to do for the kids! They had a blast on the mini-golf course, swimming and using the arcade. The resort also had daily activities that we could take advantage of like a balloon artist and spooky stories by the fire. Michael’s instructions were clear and prompt and we had no issues for the entire stay! We were already planning to come back again and stay in this same location!!

I recently stayed at Kingsgate Resort and had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-maintained, and welcoming. The resort itself offered great amenities and a relaxing atmosphere, perfect for a peaceful getaway. A special shoutout to my Airbnb host, Randall—he was exceptional! Communication was smooth and timely, and he made sure everything was just right for my stay. His hospitality really added a personal touch and made me feel right at home. Overall, I highly recommend both Kingsgate Resort and Randall as a host. Five stars all the way!
