Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Wilderness

Wir hatten einen wirklich schönen Aufenthalt im Haus. Für uns zwei war es natürlich eigentlich zu groß, aber so konnte man sich gut fallenlassen. Es war alles vorhanden, das benötigt wird und alles rundum sauber. Es haben sich nur leider einige Käfer im Bad verirrt, das liegt aber wohl an der bestehenden Feuchtigkeit kein am Meer wofür niemand etwas kann! Die Lage ist ebenfalls super und fußläufig zum Meer. Wir würden als Aktivität das Robben Schwimmen empfehlen, es war traumhaft!

What a wonderful stay! From the 1st communication the checkout, everything was wonderful. We had a family of 14 from 8 years old to 83. The house swallowed us up. Pictures on here don't quite do it justice. A beautiful house that flows from the kitchen to the lounge to the deck to that amazing view right on the beach. It was perfect for our large family get together. We all had enough space to be together but crucially enough to be apart as well. It was very well equipped to cater for all of us. The setting of the house is just fantastic right on the best beach in SA but still walking distance to all that Wilderness has to offer. Finally I have to mention Elzette. My Mother of 83 had a fall just before our trip so was not very mobile. Elzette sent us all the info we needed before the trip and even helped by picking up mobility equipment from George for our arrival. Above and beyond! Any issues were immediately attended to with kindness and efficiency. Highly recommend! Thanks

Great value for money in an amazing location!

We loved staying in Nadia’s place. It was spacious and very well located. The access to the beach was a bonus. The place had everything that one would need for a holiday. Highly recommended!

Perfect. It's a little off piste, but it's only minutes from lots of cool places to eat. Great spot to explore from. And the view ! wow, every morning and evening gave a different light. There are lots of bird songs and sounds of the ocean.

Tolles Airbnb. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber und vor allem für Familien mit Kindern gut geeignet. Eine große Box mit Spielsachen, Plastik Geschirr, Kinderbett und ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Kommunikation war sehr gut und immer schnell. Sehr schönes Airbnb in Mossel Bay. Kommen gerne wieder 😊

We stayed at Neethlings home for a week . Everything was just as described. The home felt like a home away from home. We were greeted by George and shown around . George was friendly and always ready to help . The surroundings were peaceful and views so beautiful. We were also able to make use of the golf carts at a fee . We felt right at home will definitely visit again . Neethling was very responsive to any request or question we had . Thank you so much for sharing your space .

Amazing views. Extremely well equipped. Even better than my own home. Very modern and everything as described. Great host, Westley. The only negative is that is a quite steep road up from the center to the house so we took the car for going out to dinner although it is a close distance to some good restaurants. The beach was also beautiful and very few people when we visited in end of February. Wilderness is a charming little town.

Great stay in Wilderness at Marianne's well kept cottage. My wife, pup and I spent 4 great nights and had everything we needed. It's a quick hop into town and the unit was fantastic. Will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb! From the moment we walked in, it felt like home. The electric blankets and wall heater were a huge bonus, keeping us nice and toasty during our stay. The room itself was a perfect blend of charm and coziness. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend it to others. Thanks to the host for creating such a warm and welcoming space!

The most beautiful view to wake up to and watch the sunset to. We loved the direct access to the beach. Martin was also super kind and helpful with our bags and checking in. He also recommended us places to go to! We definitely will be back and stay longer!

It was a pleasure staying at Jenny’s. Perfect apartment on Thesen Island private estate which was quiet and close to really good restaurants.

Lieze is a lovely human being. The flat is private, has a great view and peaceful surroundings. You do climb a lot of stairs for that view, but she says so in the discription, just keep that in mind. For the first time in years I saw the Milkyway from the deck, magic!! It is 20 minutes drive from George if you need specifics in the grocery department. O would love to visit again!!

Beautiful place inside matched the description and pictures. Host was easy to communicate. Place is nice and central to various activities. There was construction one of the mornings, Wish we were just informed of this. It would also be good to have some pictures of the location outside as well.

Het appartement is prachtig en aan elk details is gedacht. We voelde ons gelijk thuis. De wasmachine is echt een toegevoegde waarde en t zwembad is nog mooier dan op de foto’s! De Italiaan aan de overkant (op loopstand) is het beste restaurant die we gehad hebben tijdens onze vakantie. Zeer aan te raden! Het was geweldig!

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Wohnung von Johan. Er war super zu erreichen und der Checkin und der Checkout haben wunderbar funktioniert. Wir würden immer wiederkommen, da es sehr sauber war und es an nichts fehlte.

A huge thank you to Peter and Chery! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The apartment is beautiful and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The highlight for me was the stunning view from the balcony — both in the morning and at sunset, it was absolutely breathtaking. The place is spotless, fully equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. Nothing was missing in the kitchen or bathroom. I truly enjoyed every moment, and if I come back, I’d love to stay here again without a doubt!

I had a great stay at this Elize and Jannie’s beautiful place. It had all I needed and more and a wonderful view out towards the lagoon and sea. Elize was super responsive, personable and provided lots of recommendations. Would highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten eine angenehme Zeit in dieser Wohnung. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir hatten einen guten Aufenthalt.

Really Great Spot The Gaurd’s at main gate were so friendly. Close enough to everything and looks exactly like pictures. Will definitely be back
