The spacious house is located at altitude on the slopes of the legendary Semmering. Surrounded by wonderful nature and blessed with wonderful views, the house leaves nothing to be desired: 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen with tasteful dining area, living room that invites you to linger, relaxing sauna and garden with seating area. The region is a paradise for skiers, hikers, mountain bikers & nature lovers. Nearest ski lift and supermarket 5 min.

Organic farm with sauna & fitness

We offer our apartment at the organic farm on the edge of Puchberg am Schneeberg for hikers, ski tourers and those taking a break. 2 guests are included in the price. Person 3 & 4 cost €13/night each. The cleaning fee is €40 for up to 2 adults & 2 children. For 3-4 adults, for the 3rd & 4th guest per person €13 is to be paid on site (i.e. max. €60 final cleaning). The municipality of Puchberg also charges a tourist tax per adult of €2.90/night, which is also added on site.

The house has a heating with two Swedish stoves, which are able to heat the entire house. A modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator (with freezer) and induction cooker completes the basic equipment. A wonderful place to relax and enjoy nature.
