It is located close to THE BELVEDERE and the city centre is only about 1.5 km away. Optimal transport connections. It is a great residential area in Vienna. The apartment has floor heating and parquet floor, has an extra bedroom (bed 160x200) and in the living room another sofa bed (160x200). The right place to feel comfortable in Vienna.

Bright, beautiful and quiet flat in the center - top location! Two rooms. Two bed (one big very comfortable double bed and in the other room one very comfortable proper single bed). Internet. Towels. Very clean. Great for couples, friends and business people. The apartment is on the first floor (or the second if you consider the ground floor as the first floor - it is not on the ground floor!) and there is an elevator.
