We just LOVE our newest edition to "Nikolai Homes". Located in a beautiful cobblestone courtyard only 200 steps from St. Stephen´s cathedral. Super central, yet very quiet. You will LOVE it too. This studio apartment is just around the corner from Mozart’s house in the historic part of Vienna. You can literally walk everywhere and there are wonderful restaurants close by. The studio itself is completely newly designed. Professional cleaning ensures 5.star cleanliness.

Alfred and Barbara met me at the apartment at time of checking in. They explained everything and gave lots of information about things to do, places to eat etc. The apartment was very comfortable and nicely decorated. It had all the amenities I needed. There is daily servicing of the apartment, and a free laundry service! The location is central and an easy walk to the Centre of the old town. Metro station and tram line very close. I highly recommend staying here.

Essential but comfortable and great place to stay in Vienna. Although it is in front of the station, it is very quiet and not very busy. Very convenient service to the lobby that allows you to enjoy Nespresso coffee preparations at only the cost of waffle. Also highly recommended for metro and bus connections.

Words are superfluous! If you're looking for your stay in Vienna, this home is the perfect place to stay! The accommodation is beautiful, warm, very clean, has enough equipment to take care of your everyday life, very comfortable and very quiet! It is located 2 minutes walk to the nearest metro in the city and is only 10 minutes away from the center! I will 100% come back to this stay and recommend it to any known person of mine!!

Super nicely decorated - you feel welcome right away. Everything you need. Kellergasse with super cozy restaurants (recommendation Heurigen-Restaurant Sandhofer) can be reached on foot. Lots of excursion opportunities. Daniel super easy to reach! Thanks come back!
