Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Wien-Umgebung District

I love the design elements of the apartment, easy access to mass transit, quite response time for Taxis/Uber bookings, and Susanne—who has a wonderful personality, quick response time to messages, and helpful tips!

Beautiful and spacious apartment near a cute street with lots of shots and restaurants as well as some of the pretty parks, monuments, and museums of Vienna. The host was communicative and helpful the entire time. We were very happy with our stay here :)

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was kind, helpful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described. Although it’s a bit far from the city’s main attractions, there is a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow ‏We felt very safe during our stay thanks to the security lock on the elevator and the apartment door. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit mit der Familie in Wien. Wir haben unserer "alten Heimat" nach langer Zeit einen Besuch abgestattet. Dafür war die kuschelige, schöne und super saubere Wohnung von Klaudia ein toller Ausgangspunkt. Vielen Dank

Wir waren für einen Kurztrip in Wien und die Unterkunft ist super. Gut erreichbar mit den Öffentlichen. Man hat einen super Ausblick und direkt im Haus ein Restaurant, einen Billa und einen Aldi. Kurz hat uns Sabine geschockt, da keine Handtücher bereit lagen und der Kollege keins dabei hatte 😅 Aber Sabine hat sich sofort auf den Weg gemacht, um uns noch welche zu bringen. Obacht nur bei der Checkout Zeit. Wir hatten 12 Uhr im Inserat stehen, aber richtig wäre 10 Uhr gewesen! Sabine war kulant und hat uns bis 11 Uhr Zeit gegeben.

Everything from the check in, to the check out was great. Apartment is so specious, clean and spotless, Everything is brand new and modern, clean lines. Once you walk in you feel like “I can live here”. There are plenty of dishes in the kitchen that everyone can chose glass/mug/ plate they like. One revuew mentioned that there was no window coverings. Whoever there are electric operated blinds that must have been pulled all the way up. Once they are down they provide great privacy and shade. Location worked out for us great since we traveled every day to different area, mostly to Austria. There is shopping mall near by, supermarket, restaurants and small playground on premises. Two assigned parking spots, one in the garage, one in front of the building. I would highly recommend this place. For people who are visiting from US or other far away destinations and would need a base place while traveling through Europe this is a great spot.

Die Unterkunft war fantastisch! Die Gastgeberin war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, was meinen Aufenthalt wirklich besonders gemacht hat. Ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Klidné místo s parádním výhledem. Velká garáž k dispozici. Instrukce od hostitele jsou zarážející. Vraťte klíč od boxu nebo dostanete pokutu, vytřiďte odpad nebo dostanete pokutu. Ještě předtím než přijedete zařadil Vás hostitel do příslušné kategorie hostů. Je to stejné jako kdyby recepční v hotelu při check-in řekla předpokládáme že ukradnete ručníky a počítejte se sankcí. Vyplňování údajů do formuláře je také otravné, většinou jsou to údaje, která má hostitel od airbnb k dispozici.

Mein Aufenthalt bei Michael war wunderbar. Wir haben uns versammelt und wollten grillen. Das Haus war sehr groß und entsprach der Beschreibung. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Besonderer Dank gilt dem Hausmeister – er hat uns sogar beim Grillen geholfen. Wir hatten nicht genug Kohle, aber er hat uns Holz gebracht und uns damit gerettet. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Der Glamping Dome war toll und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rene und seine Frau waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Es war toll, dass wir auch einen eigenen Bereich mit Sonnenliegen und einem Tisch hatten. Wir würden wiederkommen :-)

Wir waren 6 Tage in dem großen, neuen Haus mit Garten von Catharina und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr schön und hochwertig eingerichtet, zu unserer großen Freude gibt es sogar ein Klavier. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet, die drei Badezimmer sind toll. Die Lage in einem ruhigen Wohngebiet ganz in der Nähe eines Waldgebietes war super, besonders für unseren Hund. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Wiener Wald. Nach Wien Stadtzentrum fährt man mit dem Auto ca. 30 Minuten. Es ist, wie angegeben, ein Smart Home, was etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig ist.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Nacht, herzlichen Dank :)

Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend. Die Unterkunft ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war fantastisch! Die Wohnung war super sauber, gemütlich und genau wie beschrieben. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, sie haben uns wertvolle Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben und waren jederzeit erreichbar. Die Lage ist ideal, ruhig und dennoch gut angebunden, sodass wir schnell ins Zentrum kommen konnten. Die Unterkunft hat wirklich alles, was man braucht – von einer gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu einem bequemen Bett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder und können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen!

Wir haben eine sehr entspannte Zeit verbracht, Julia ist sehr hilfsbereit und und fürsorglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr nette Wohnung und geeignet für 4 Personen bzw. 2 Pärchen. Die Wohnung befindet sich allerdings im zweiten und nicht im dritten Stock.

Andie is one of the most responsive hosts I have dealt with on AirBNB. She definitely wants to make sure her guests have a great stay. We had a car so the secure garage parking was a great benefit but the best part about this place is the VIEW! It’s so amazing!!!! It was too cold to use the pool but guests coming in the summer will love it. Grocery in the building was great for snacks and it was a super easy walk to the U-Bahn for a quick ride to the center. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in Vienna. Highly recommend!

Die Wohnung ist für jegliche Ausflüge in und außerhalb Wiens perfekt gelegen aufgrund der direkten Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof. Das bedeutet auch, dass der Zuglärm zu hören ist. Die Ausstattung und Aufteilung der Wohnung ist gut. Schön ist auch, das es im Wohnkomplex einen kleinen Spielplatz und Fitnessraum gibt. Judit ist schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. A very nice, spacious, modern apartment with a great location, close to the city center. Convenient spot for exploring the surroundings by bike. The underground parking is a big advantage. Communication with Vesna was easy and pleasant.

This is a lovely apartment with a big terrace, well equipped and nicely furnished, with everything that a family of four might need. The neighborhood is quiet, with lots of shops and a bakery nearby. Very easy to get to the center of Vienna, public transport stations are a few minutes away from the apartment. The parking space in the garage is much appreciated. Last but not least, Thomas and Silke are superkind hosts, very responsive and helpful. It was a pleasure staying at their place and we would definitely stay here again when in Vienna!
