Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Whitstable

We had a lovely stay, and even though we know the area well the house was a perfect addition to our plans! The property was very nicely furnished with everything you could need and a very helpful host!

Beautiful cottage well located for the High Street and the beach. Lovely and clean, excellent shower and had a real home from home feel. Everything you needed was provided. All in all a wonderful place to stay.

What an exceptional and beautiful residence. Set in a nice peaceful area. The home is stunning and so tastefully done Even provided us with fresh eggs granola bread and milk! Bed was super comfy. We had a great stay at Deannas beautiful house! It was said by multiple guests that it felt really homely and a very loved home, which is hard to find when looking for large rentals! We were very lucky with the weather so were able to make the most of the beautiful and well looked after garden, which comfortably sat us all. It was also very well equipped which made our lives so much easier trying to cater to 14 people, with additional fridge and freezer in the utility room. Deanna was a great host, and went above and beyond to ensure we had local information and fun things to do, with a relaxed check in and out time which was greatly appreciated. Thank you again for an incredible stay, I look forward to hopefully booking again soon!

Ben's place is absolutely beautiful. The property exceeded our expectations and has everything and more of what you need. Ben's communication and instructions were spot on. We had the perfect stay for my daughters wedding.

We stayed at this beautiful cottage while preparing for our wedding and for our wedding night and it honestly couldn’t have been more perfect. From the moment we arrived, it felt private, calming, and full of love. Karen and David, our wonderful hosts, truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Every detail was taken care of: a generous welcome hamper, plenty of towels, quality cleaning products, and even luxurious bath and shower potions. And the bed - wow! I have two prolapsed discs and have lived with constant discomfort for years… yet after just a few nights here, I genuinely felt like a spring chicken again! It was that good. So good, in fact, I’ll be purchasing the same one for home. This cottage exceeded our expectations in every way. It felt like home, and now holds a special place in our hearts as the place we spent our wedding night. We will absolutely be returning. Thank you, Karen and David, for making our special time even more magical.

Honestly, words can’t describe how grateful I am for Sheila and to be able to stay here to celebrate my birthday. Absolutely amazing communication!! So kind and friendly. The house was amazing and THE VIEW was incredible. I cannot recommend this place enough. I would more than come back here again. But if you’re looking for a sign to book this place, this is it!! Mark was a gracious and responsive host. Mark pro-actively checked- in with me regarding the comfort and satisfaction of the flat. The flat was clean, comfortable and as pictured. The location felt safe and is an idea location close to the train and within walking distance to lovely shops, cafes and restaurants. Should I return to Southend-On-Sea, I would book again.

this is a review on behalf of my nephew and his g/f who due to a domestic issue i had to de-camp them to somewhere other than my home. nikkis places was well described and more than reasonable, in fact it was quite a bit cheaper than the local chain hotels. comms were good through out and she was warm and welcoming when i dropped them both off. they said the room was perfect, clean, well presented and comfortable and nikki was always on hand and friendly throughout. The only thing they mentioned was it would have been nice to have a small fridge somewhere in the room, this of course is personal preference. they were both sad to leave, but leave they must. i cant thank nikki enough especially as the booking was done with only 24hrs notice of their arrival. i/we would happily recommend staying here if you are in the area

We had a fantastic stay, the villa is spotlessly clean and we felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Check in was easy and straightforward. The flat is very nicely decorated and furnished with modern facilities, including everything you could need for your stay. We couldn’t fault anything or list any negatives of the property. It is great to have the car parking space outside and we felt comfortable leaving our car there. It’s not a long walk into Margate (about 10 mins) and Westbrook Bay beach is a 2 minute walk (which is beautiful). It was brilliant having Tesco opposite for bits and bobs and there are nice takeaways nearby (highly recommend Flavours by Kumar). The bi-fold doors in the lounge were so nice and easy to use. The owners have gone to great lengths to make sure the history of the place is known, a great read in the welcome book, which is a fantastic touch. Don’t hesitate to stay here. I highly recommended this place to stay, our best Air BnB stay yet! 5*

Amelia’s place was perfect for our two day escape to the coast. Really thoughtfully and beautifully decorated making us feel instantly at home and comfortable. Great location being walkable to the beach and various shops and cafes etc in town. Would highly recommend and I hope we will come back one day soon.

We absolutely loved our stay! The flat is minutes from the Walpole Bay tidal pool, so you can go for a swim and then warm up in the sauna. There's a fireplace, a great record and book collection (so many good books!) and a big bathtub. Jess was a great host, flexible and responsive. The place was spotless and the bed is comfy. An easy walk into Margate with lots of great places nearby on Northdown Rd -- highly recommend apero at Sète. We will be back for sure!

Beautiful cabin in a stunning location! Perfect to relax and be in the nature. Tom gave us very clean instructions and local recommendations. We loved watching the sunset by the fire and having a morning coffee listening to birds. Amazing place for walks, runs and exploring !

Me and my partner stayed we had the place to ourselves was so peaceful. Hot tub was brilliant, sauna was lovely, the surroundings was so peaceful snd relaxing. The whole set up was excellent and spot on. 100% will book again.

Thank you Deborah. an amazing long weekend away for my partner and myself. it was my parners birthday. Deborah went out of her way to make it special. The slippers , robes and welcome gifts where amazing. The outside lighting while sitting in the jacuzzi, wine in hand was very romantic. A perfect getaway with a very gracious host. thankyoy

Perfect stay for us in Whitstable with our little dog. Warm, cosy, spotlessly clean and comfortable. Best bed we’ve slept in for ages! Worth mentioning - the sofa folds out to make a comfortable place to chill with the TV and a glass of wine in the evening. And the open plan bathroom in the bedroom has more privacy than we were expecting as there is a door on the bedroom and a screen in front of the toilet. Not that it was an issue for us but in case it is for some. Great location strolling in and out of the town and harbour area. Although the cabin is in David’s garden, we had private access and privacy throughout our stay. Would stay again in a heartbeat. ThankYou David and Ava.

We had the most wonderful stay at the lodge / cabin. Usually we stay in hotels but for a change wanted some seclusion and relaxing surroundings. Our host John was brilliant, a pleasure to meet and nothing was too much trouble, whether it was asking about the local area or to help with things such as supplying firewood for the log burner to even saying we should have called for a lift when we walked a long way to a beautiful pub and decided to get a taxi back!...the lodge itself was perfect, everything you need for a quiet, stress free break. I will 100% be staying again in the future. Thanks to John and Natalja for having us!

We really enjoyed a two night stay at the ‘The Cosy Lodge’ with our two young grandchildren. The setting was peaceful and we loved all the little extra features, the cut flowers, biscuits and selection of teas. The huge marshmallows were a huge hit and Kelly very kindly gave us some dry logs when ours were too damp! We loved the roaming chickens and cats, the children’s favourite was Mr Lettuce the tortoise. The children were really excited to look for eggs in the mornings. The Lodge was very cosy, the beds were super comfy. The shower room next door was a great facility with young children, a lovely selection of shower gels and soaps, the children loved sampling the watermelon, grape and peach iced tea toothpaste. There is also a great selection of toys, games and books, we didn’t put the tv on once. Kelly and Richard were very responsive and friendly hosts, it was lovely to stop and chat. I would certainly go back.

The accommodation is spotless as you’d expect with a new build. Lots of high quality decor and furnishings. The accommodation has everything that you’d need for a relaxing stay. The locations is serene with beautiful walks in the area. We enjoyed visiting Faversham, Macknade and Whitstable.
