Mockingbird Lane is located in the Lakewood/Hillside area close to White Rock Lake, Greenville Avenue, and Dallas Arboretum. The duplex is within walking distance of Hillside Village with eateries including Manny's Uptown and Dream Cafe. DART transit station at Mockingbird and US75 is 3 miles away. The Duplex is within walking distance to some quality affordable restaurants.

The Cozy Owl Cottage - So Close to So Much

This sweet cottage is best suited for a single or couple wanting to relax and experience Dallas from a local perspective around White Rock Lake. So close to Downtown, Lower Greenville, Deep Ellum, Dallas Arboretum, NorthPark shopping and SMU. Right around the corner is a public recreation center with tennis and pickleball courts. Plus 5 minutes to any major highway. Stay in a quite neighborhood and relax. We appreciate our guests and try to make each guests experience special. So fun to host!!

Knock knock

Less than 10 minutes by car from White Rock Lake and the Arboretum, this is a spacious and serene space. With almost a full wall of windows enjoy the sunset from bed or cook a delicious meal from the brand new kitchen. This back-house is down the street from a farmer’s market & an organic grocery store. Organic sheets and towels in the just remodeled bathroom. While there is no tv, there is wifi, games and plenty of books. There is one king bed, and couch and a Queen air mattress upon request.

My stylish studio is located in the heart of Lakewood, a neighborhood that is walking distance from White Rock Lake, a short drive to the Arboretum, and 15 minutes north of downtown Dallas. Enjoy birdsong in the morning and the hooting of owls at night in this peaceful neighborhood. You may even meet an armadillo roaming through the yard. The amenities were good, and the room was clean. Parking was convenient. On the downside, the neighbors were a bit noisy and I could often hear strange sounds. The apartment is close to the road, so the soundproofing isn’t great. Overall, it was a decent stay with good value for the price.

The pool is an incredible reprieve on a hot Texas day with a serene view of the natural beauty of the adjoining park. A true hidden gem that provides extraordinary ease of access to the entire metroplex of DFW. This location should be recommended to everyone! The Lake House in the City

This house and location was great for our family gathering and wedding location close by. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and watching the cyclist and runners go down to the trail. We rented bikes and road around the lake multiple times. The downside was, low on toilet paper, kleenex, and towels. We restocked and washed some towels for use. I highly recommend this rental and would stay again! Lisa
