Kid-friendly holiday rentals in White County

WHAT A PLACE! Honestly, the pictures do not begin to show how clean, modern, and welcoming this home is. The home is extremely welcoming and the A/C controls the home very effectively. Master on main with a comfortable king bed. Leather couches make watching movies in the living room very comfortable. The loft area upstairs has a great sitting area complete with a sleeper sofa. An additional bed and full bathroom made the loft area the perfect place for our three children to sleep. The front porch made coffee drinking in a rocking chair the perfect start to a morning. We did not use the fire pit or grills but there were plenty of amenities to choose from on the property. I tend to be picky when it comes to not staying in a nice hotel. This home exceeded my expectations and I hope to return in the future.

YOU WILL LOVE THIS PLACE. Views are even better than the pictures. Hosts have thought of everything from an accommodations standpoint, even placing motion sensing night lights around the halls and stairs which is very helpful in an unfamiliar place. Easy to get to from main roads but very private feeling. Neighboring homes are nearby but trees make it feel completely private. Exceeded our expectations which were already very high. Comfortable furniture and beds in very spacious rooms. Great family or couples getaway.

If ur looking for a quite and relaxing weekend this is the place for u from sun up to sun down. The only thing that its missing is a fire pit but the dock in the back will make up for that. Especially if u like to fish or read a book. I plan on rerent this place again.

This cabin was an absolute oasis!! So peaceful and the cabin was very cozy and comfortable!! We had the best time going to all the nearby towns and waterfall hikes and then coming back to our beautiful peaceful cabin… Chris was so helpful and kind!!! Would definitely0 stay again!!!

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. Ian was extremely helpful throughout the entire stay and answered all of our questions promptly. It was the perfect getaway for a girls trip. Highly recommend staying here for a relaxing mini vacation that’s close to all the fun things to do in town without feeling right in the middle of it.

Such a great place! Family stayed for a wedding nearby. Room to spread out, great conversation places, lots of games. So many little touches that created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend!!!

Our second time staying in Brittany’s properties. This one was just as great as the first one, and Brittany is a great host. Helpful and quick to respond when you need anything. When we are in this area her properties will be the first place I check for availability.

The whole place was pristine… so fresh & clean. The kids loved the upper deck & even said the bed on the pull out sofa was “comfy”. Our host was always quick to respond & sent us detailed instructions on arrival morning. We will definitely stay again.

One dedicated parking space right next to entrance. Visitor parking spot for second car is a hit and miss as there is only 4 spots that is shared with 12 to 16 units. Once we got a spot we did not use that vehicle in case there wasn’t a spot available later. Otherwise an OUTSTANDING place. Spacious living area, bedrooms and bathrooms. The decks were also awesome to relax and view the river as it passed by. Definitely would use this place again.

It was an easy walk to downtown, but still felt like you were away enough from the downtown. We enjoyed sitting at the river reading with our books and having a fire. She left us some sweet treats and firewood. Very relaxing and enjoyable. Highly reccommend

Kathryn called beforehand to make sure my arrival was prepared for. The entire place was so clean and stocked with the essentials! We spent the day in Helen and came back to a nice warm suite. The hot water got so hot (thankfully, it was freezing outside). There was a Roku tv that we used to sign into our accounts and just hung out at night watching tv. Kathryn provided firewood and we were able to have a nice bonfire in the cold temps. 10/10 stay, we hope to return one day!

Very unique place with more fresh eggs than you can eat and take home. Steve meets you when you arrive which nice to meet the host who is full of information and recommendations. We felt very much at home there. The location is central to the most beautiful water falls and hiking trails in North Georgia. I think we could live there. Can't wait to go back.

Very convenient to walk to all the attractions. We did not have to move our car once we were there. The room was very clean and well appointed!! Would definitely stay there again!!

Loved Russ’s place cozy, private and close to everything. Russ was very friendly ma responsive. I would stay here again for sure .

Five Stars! I had a wonderful stay at Kimberly’s place. The location was perfect—quiet, private, and in a peaceful area that made it easy to relax. The home itself was beautifully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean, cozy, and felt very welcoming. I would absolutely stay here again if I’m ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

This is the perfect spot for a couple visiting Helen. It’s a 10 minute walk to tubing, which is so efficient and helpful! Cyle provided detailed instructions on how to get to the place- the included pictures made check-in a breeze. The place was clean and quiet. The porch was a perfect peaceful escape, even in the mornings it was nice and cool.

We enjoyed our family trip to Helen GA. The location was convenient for us to walk all over town, even with elementary aged kids in tow. They also enjoyed splashing around in the river behind the property and at the playground just next door. The property itself met our needs, with space for everyone. We did note that the downstairs bunk bed was very tight, to the point where my 9yo felt too cramped on the lower bunk and chose to sleep on the floor. There are also some areas for improvement, like the back sliding door is very difficult to lock, the pocket door to the bunk room gets stuck in the open position, and the glass shower door seems unbalanced so it opens itself. Those were not dealbreakers for us, but would be nice to improve.

This is a great condo at the perfect location. One in our group has issues walking long distances but the location of this condo allowed him to walk every where the group walked. We enjoy sitting on the deck and relaxing. This best part is how courteous and attentive John is to every communication. We have stayed here a few times and plan to stay again. Thanks John for being a great host!

Great place and great area to stay at when staying at Helen.

Perfect place for a quick retreat for my wife's birthday in a cozy small town. Will definitely try to book this again on the next trip to Helen.

Great and responsive Host. Location was great and within walking distance of Helen attractions. Home still had festive decorations and was very clean and cozy. Will definitely be back for Oktoberfest. Thanks for a great weekend!

Lamar went above and beyond! Our original date were Thu - Sun and the week of our stay, I asked if we could move our reservation to Fri - Mon. Lamar was so quick to respond and accommodated our date change without complaint. During our stay, we accidentally locked ourselves out of the building. When I messaged Lamar, he called me back so quick and he was able to get us back in the building in minutes AND he was SO nice about it! Thank you SO much for your kindness, Lamar! We had a WONDERFUL time in Helen! The place was beautiful and located in the BEST possible spot on the river. We were able to walk anywhere we needed to go. This isn't for the AirBnb specifically, but there are Bees/Wasps/Hornets EVERYWHERE. Not just at the AirBnB, but all over the town as well. Pollinators are great, but if you have allergies be prepared!

We enjoyed everything about the stay. The location was perfect and within walking distance to everything in Helen. I really liked the seasonal fireplace and how clean and cozy the condo was. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.
