Beautiful historic home ! Loved the wrap around porch and the hot tub. Great shower ! Loved the coffee and wine and cozy blankets on the couch . Wish we could have stayed longer . Lots of space ! Close to downtown fort Myers

I recently stayed at Eric’s Airbnb and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and just like the pictures. The location was ideal: tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything I needed—shops, restaurants, and some great local attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept better than I had in weeks. Communication with the host was seamless. Eric was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions for check-in and check-out. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would absolutely book again and recommend this place.

This house was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless—even the baseboards and ceiling fans were immaculate. The home is super spacious, with room to spread out comfortably (even the garage was huge!). The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook indoors or grill outside, and there were multiple dining areas both inside and out. The pool and spa were beyond refreshing—clean, well-maintained, and surrounded by plenty of lounge chairs for everyone. We loved the outdoor eating area and the thoughtful extras like pool toys and bikes, which added a fun touch. My boys especially enjoyed exploring near the canal, which made for some great memories. The beds were super comfy, with plenty of extra linens and cozy throw blankets. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the house is in a perfect, central location. The hosts were amazing: extremely responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic stay! The house was incredibly well-equipped—there were plenty of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, and all the little extras that make a stay comfortable and convenient. The pool and hot tub were both in perfect working order and made for a relaxing time day or night. The canal out back was a real highlight—great fishing with a wide variety of fish, including catfish, gar, and more. The house also came with five bicycles available for tenant use, which was a nice bonus, and there were TVs in every room—perfect for unwinding after a long day. The home felt truly luxurious, especially for the price. Jeff was a great host, and everything went smoothly. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet and relaxing. We had a wonderful stay! We came to Florida for our anniversary and were happy to find Kevin's place. The Condo was beautiful and supplied with everything we needed. It was very quiet and private. We enjoyed the view of the Gulf from the balcony. The pool area was very clean and not crowded. Flippers Restaurant had exceptional food every time. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended.

Alex was very responsive on the occasion we needed him. Followed up with us too. He was a WONDERFUL host. The house and pool could not have been any better. We loved the indoor outdoor living. We found the house to have much more than we expected. Lots of kitchen supplies that were not expected. We live near by and had visitors from out of state and we would highly recommend this place to anyone all ages. Oh and our 2 little pups had a great times. So happy we can take them with us. We had a wonderful week at Nancy’s place! It was just right for my husband, me, and our small dog. Location is great and it’s an easy walk to the beach! While small, the apartment has all the necessities. We particularly liked that there is a bike rack and the house is beside a bike path.

Location is close enough to bike into downtown FMB and to the Publix, and we did both during our stay! The kids enjoyed the pool. House was stocked with everything you'd need for a day at the beach, which was much appreciated!

The home was amazing with a heated pool, 5 minute drive and 20 minute walk to vanderbilt beach. The kitchen has everything you need and the bedrooms were great.

we stayed 3 weeks and felt like at home from the first moment on. the house is amazing. very clean. everything is working well. you have all what you need and more. my wife was so happy to see the air fryer. smile. we cooked for ourself most of the time. if I would choose a home for the rest of my live I would choose a one like this. short trip to many restaurants and shops. we loved our stay and will come back for sure. John and Colleen are so friendly and helpful. always available. we will put this stay to the best 3 of our lifetime. we thank John and Colleen so much to make our stay so memorable.

Great location! The place is very clean and the beds are super comfortable. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable, but everything else was great.

Dan’s place was exactly what we were looking for. Somewhere close to friends, beach, local attractions, and a great place for us to stay. The house was what was described, with plenty of room for the 4 of us… with room to spare.

Our stay at Matt‘s place was wonderful. The house was comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed. The lanai and the pool was so welcoming! We spent a lot of time out there. It was so peaceful to sit in the chairs by the canal and enjoy the surroundings. I will definitely be back.

If you are fortunate enough to come across Fatemeh’s listing - book it immediately! Fatemeh’s beautiful bungalow is the place to stay! We have stayed at many places in our travels to Sanibel Island and Fatemeh’s place is by far our favorite- I am a picky renter too! She is quick to respond to questions, made checking in a breeze and even messaged us a few days in to see if we needed anything. The community is amazing and the pools are a dream with a tiki bar for both drinks and food. There were bikes and beach chairs to use too. Her place is a 5⭐️ rental. You will be glad you took my advice- I promise!

We had a wonderful visit at Lover’s Key Beach club with our toddler. The view was spectacular! Neighbors were helpful and friendly. We had one visitor that came down to the pool to offer helpful swim instruction for our son. At times we had the entire pool to ourselves. We enjoyed the private beach and often were out there playing in the bay alone with dolphins close by. The bed and pull out sofa were so comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will definitely be back!

There are few words strong enough to describe my appreciation for Elizabeth. I am a regular guest at her Cape Coral home and I wouldn’t book anywhere else. She is so so so sweet and responds quickly and adequately. The neighbors are also super friendly, which is a bonus! I highly recommend booking here - you won’t be disappointed.

We were in the area for a baseball tournament and this was the perfect centrally located home. There’s a pool and fishing out back so the kids were busy when they weren’t at the field. Great host, very friendly. We will stay here again.

What a beautiful home! The photos don’t do it justice. It has a very coastal, Hamptons style feel to it. Has everything you need and so many unexpected extras. We brought some things but really didn’t have to. Lots of details down to a coffee bar fully stocked and little things for our fur baby, condiments, drinks, etc. Felt like home. The outdoor space (pool, outdoor kitchen, the view & dock) were the highlight! We loved spending the days swimming and fishing. Did catch mostly catfish (lol) but also caught snapper and other types of fish. Sunsets and the breeze outside were our favorite. Home has a great floor plan with 3 accessible rooms in first floor (very comfy beds) and a very cute second floor with its own living room and bedroom & bath. The view from the balcony was gorgeous. Cooking was great in the fully equipped kitchen. House is a 10 out of 10! Michelle was a very caring host, super responsive and kind. Would highly recommend this home. Can’t wait to return!
