Cottage holiday rentals in Whidbey Island

Our stay here was great! We ventured to Olympic National Park and explored all over the Kitsap Peninsula! We loved returning home to this little cabin each night! The outdoor space was fantastic and the extra amenities were awesome! Would absolutely recommend this place, and would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay! We're a family with three young boys under the age of 8, and the home worked really well for us overall. A couple of small suggestions that might help future guests: it gets very bright upstairs in the early morning — our kids were up at 4:30am on the first day! Curtains or blackout shades would make a big difference. We ended up using foil as a quick fix, which worked well. The location is fantastic — just steps from the beach. For families with young kids (or older guests), a small set of portable stairs down to the sand would be helpful. We temporarily moved the hot tub steps to make it easier, which worked in a pinch. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked for cooking, and the neighborhood is peaceful with absolutely stunning views. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. We can’t say enough about the fabulousness of both the hosts and this Airbnb! Dave and BJ are so incredibly nice and flexible. This is such a kid friendly place both in location but the indoor toys, books and outdoor toys they provide. The hosts live on the back of the property but are non-intrusive. Honestly, we would have loved to hang out with them- they are that wonderful! The Airbnb is fully stocked. It was so nice to not have to run out for things like coffee, ketchup etc. A+++++++++++

Loved this home! We had family visiting from France and we took the opportunity to stay on Whidbey and what drew us to Emily’s place was the truly family atmosphere of the home. It was awesome. So many things to play with, from the jacuzzi, sauna, bocci ball, giant chess board, and bikes. Super fun. Also, the home has so many cooking supplies and a grocery store 2 minutes by car. Loved the home :-) great vacation.

This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at! The view was breathtaking, we saw seals multiple times! The house was very well stocked for everything you could possibly need and even more. The beds are extremely comfortable and very nice and clean! If we come back to whidbey island we will definitely be staying here! PS:If you can play cat goat cheese pizza game that they have there, it’s a blast!

We had a magical time at Colin’s - visiting with old friends, enjoying the abundant bird life surrounding the house, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, cooking memorable meals, and sleeping soundly each night. The home and location were perfect for us, and Colin was a generous host and a quick and easy communicator. We’d definitely return.

We enjoyed our time immensely in the peaceful surroundings. Wish we had more time to stay longer. Wonderful place and excellent to detach and relax. Thank you for the great instructions and housing us for our friend's wedding. I would just go back to stay at your place and not leave for the entire stay!

What a sweet getaway. It reminded us of the good old days of how Airbnb used to be--where you get a unique and homey place to stay, and get to know the locals. Everyone at Bur Oak acres was lovely and kind. Our pup and our friend's son loved getting to meet Bernie the dog, the horses and goat.

CaraMia's beach cottage in Camano far exceeded our expectations. It was fantastic. Set on a couple of well-landscaped acres in an idyllic, peaceful, semi-rural area, it's a cozy beach-style cottage overlooking Port Susan on Camano Island. The views are great. It was easy to walk around the vicinity where there are even a few stables with horses and an alpaca or two. Yet the cottage is close to stores and restaurants a few miles in either direction. We brought our dog and spent the time walking, hiking, beachcombing and cycling around Camano Island while enjoying good food at nearby pubs and restaurants. I would highly recommend CaraMia's Camano Cottage! We'll definitely be back to visit in the future.

We needed a break from the city & some relaxation. This cabin was just what the doctor ordered! I felt inspired & transported by the meticulously curated cabin in Skagit Valley. We usually stay in Bellingham and this was such an unexpected Gem! So many things to do nearby in Bow Edison. There's a nearby tavern and all the wonderful views of Skagit Valley where land & water come together. I loved loved loved all the infused aromatic sprays and french linens. The entire experience was a living catalog! Too cute! the yard was private and expansive to bring in the outdoors and fee like you'rel part of nature. There's a pond with a little spring outside the window and great bistro table for having coffee in front. The dishware was also higher standard then most! We will be back for sure! Feeling so lucky to have found it!

This place was absolutely worth every penny we paid! It was very clean, cute and small but had every amenity you would want. The VIEW of the water was beautiful.. just incredible! The scene was very peaceful. Shyni was our host and checked on us a few times during our stay to make sure we had all that we needed. She was very cordial with us. We appreciated having had conversations with her as we like to get to know our hosts. That's always a bonus for us. It is a small little place but mighty in everything else. The amenities are too numerous to note. But if you are missing something, I'm sure she has it! It is a very private place. It is also well stocked with games if you get rained in for the day. The washer/dryer unit was very handy. One thing we'd have done differently was to have put in our order for Indian food 6 weeks prior to our arrival. If you would like some Indian food (I read awesome reviews and forgot) order ahead! Enjoy the place! We did!

My fiancé and I wanted to get away for the weekend and we loved this place. It was very clean, had a large fenced yard for the dogs to run around in, and we were even given fresh eggs from their chickens. We would definitely rebook in the future!

After 15 years of visiting the same place on Whidbey Island, we found a new spot! This is a magical little place just a few minutes north of Langley, where we saw an abundance of wildlife, had relaxing mornings and restful sleep! Ashlyn's place was perfect for our family of three. The cute little cottage was full of books and wonderful art. Ashlyn was so accommodating about our arrival and provided us with wonderful recommendations. We will definitely be back! If you do book, make sure you ask about the breakfast - ours was spectacular!!

Staying at Ron and Mary's cottage is like staying at a friend's house--a good friend who does everything possible to make you comfortable and who thinks of everything you could possibly need. The location is so peaceful and quiet. Their garden is gorgeous with colorful blooms. They have put a lot of thought into all the furnishings and decor. Every room is beautifully furnished. Living room is so comfortable that you don't want to leave. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you might want. Bathrooms are pristine, furnished with very soft towels. Shower gel and shampoo is also stocked for you. Beds are so comfortable. It's easy to get a good night's sleep. There is lots to do in the area. We went whale watching, kayaking, drove to N. Cascades National Park (gorgeous), spent a day in San Juan Island; and there are beautiful hikes in the area. Recommend going to Washington Park and hiking the scenic loop. I would highly recommend this BNB. Would love to return!

We had a wonderful time staying here for the holiday weekend. It is such a peaceful area to relax in, but close to town for activities as well. The space was very clean and instructions for directions and arrival were very clear as we did arrive in the dark. We can’t wait to stay again!

The breathtaking view from the cottage was spectacular. The shelter of trees and habitat enabled us to have close up looks at many birds. The plentiful large windows provided excellent viewing. The location is minutes away for hiking in the parks, picking up supplies, and taking ferry excursions to the islands. The cottage is beautiful inside and outside, extremely well appointed, and very comfortable. Our family of 4 adults could not have been more pleased with the cottage and the natural beauty all around. We had a wonderful vacation and created many memories. Thank you for allowing us to share your lovely home.

Greg is an excellent host! He was easy to work with and has a superb property. It is in a secluded and relaxing location with a great view of the ocean. The private beach access was a highlight for us and the location close to town and ferry was clutch. Would definitely come back

This place is spectacular. it is so private with sweeping views of the water and beautiful trees. Perfectly appointed inside. Just lovely.

The cottage was great in a nice peaceful little beach community. I would 100% stay here again. The cottage was cute and the view of the Saratoga Passage was amazing. The mornings were great sitting out on the covered porch/patio drinking coffee and just listening and watching all of the different types of birds that were around the cottage.

Ann’s cottage was so lovely! We absolutely fell in love with port Townsend during our stay for the first few days of our honeymoon. The puppies that Ann currently has were such a fun touch too! We loved every moment of our time in Port Townsend and will definitely be back.
