Holiday rentals with a patio in Whangaparāoa

The apartment was great! The view from the balcony was very enjoyable, but weather didn’t cooperate to enjoy a glass of wine in the tub, sadly. We had everything we needed for the basics and then some. Easy walking to many restaurants and shopping and we would choose to stay here again if we ever return to NZ.

Quiet and cosy neighborhood, not really near CBD, but if you have a car, that’s not a problem. Cosy apartment, can be a little bit cold, but with a heater in the bedroom, it’s not a problem.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Albany apartment! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully furnished with stylish and comfortable decor, and incredibly well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect stay. The location was ideal, close to local attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it easy to explore the city. The attention to detail and thoughtful touches made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Albany—five stars all the way!

Rhys really helped us out when another host cancelled last minute. Place is nearly new and has all the amenities inside - including a stocked Nespresso machine. :-) Lovely and tidy, with good views. Unit has AC in each room, which is a nice bonus. Love to stay there again.

Great location on beautiful Waiheke Island. Lots of steps (as expected) so you need to have a reasonable fitness level.

The apartment was immaculate and stylish, with beautiful views of the water. Dianne and David were welcoming and friendly and helped make our stay memorable. We enjoyed the peaceful location and look forward to staying there again.

This is a fantastic place for the family to spend the holiday. It is immaculate and big, which suits a family's special occasion. We love the place, especially our kids, who enjoyed the swimming and spa pools. Not only that, but it is so close to the beach for swimming and surfing. There is a local park and soccer field that we usually walk to play or exercise. Lisa is a friendly host who responds promptly if we need help. This is one of the best holiday homes available in the area, and we would love to return there. It is very secure and private for us visitors. We extended our visit for another day as we all enjoyed and loved the place and the area. There were 10 of us altogether, and it was worth the money we paid, and I highly recommend this place. Had a great stay! My biggest concern was my dog: the property is fully fenced and I was able to relax knowing she was safe. It’s also a great place for humans: really clean and with everything you need. Easy walking distance to beach, cafes and restaurants - I do recommend staying here. Thank you Julie 😀

Outdoor pool is very large and amazing space to relax. Beach is really close and the local restaurant is fabulous. Close to orewa if you really need stuff- but plenty to do on the beach and surrounds

We enjoyed our stay - the location was good (close to motorway and Albany shops), and the neighbourhood is quiet. The place was modern, clean, spacious, and warm - we couldn't ask for more!

We thoroughly enjoyed the patio and open living space providing views of the Hauraki Gulf and Orewa beach. The shower had excellent water pressure. Beds were comfy. Kitchen was well stocked. Checkin/out was easy. Would stay here again!

Absolutely beautiful house, we had a great stay at Fiona's place! It's a great location too, it was lovely being able to walk down to the beach. Everything is as listed and looks like the photos, would definitely recommend to other guests.

What a spot! This house is beautiful - open, airy, light and spacious, and the mid-century-modern styling was right up our alley. We made the most of the sunny weather in the sprawling gardens, and the cold plunge and sauna were such a luxury - it definitely felt like we were staying at a private retreat while still being close to everything. Katie and Dan were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had too, and ensured we had an easy and comfortable stay. Looking forward to staying again next time we're in Auckland.

We had a great stay in this lovely accommodation. Perfect for a couple. It was very quiet despite being off a main road and it was fantastic having the bus into the city right outside the door. Our family of 4 had a great holiday in Auckland at Jon's place. The place was located quite centrally and within walking distance to Britomart and Wynyard Quarters. The place was spotless clean and had everything you could possible need. There were loads of amenities and bathroom basics. There were kitchen basics, coffee machine and snacks which was a very nice touch from Job. Best of all there we games and toys for the kids. The apartment is secure with ample parking and is right next to the park and grocery stores. It can get quite loud as it is on the main st when the windows are open esp on weekends which you need in the main living room and downstairs rooms because it doesn't have aircon but it was ok for us as the temp was coming down but it did get quite warm on some nights without aircon downstairs. Jon is an excellent host, very helpful, responsive and attentive. We felt right at home and would def stay here again if we come back to Auckland :) highly recommended

John’s apartment is not a great apartment. No, it’s a VERY great apartment, probably the best I have ever rented in Auckland. Ideally located, very well furnished, full of light, it ticks all the boxes.

Thank you for a lovely stay Lilly. Lillys place is lovely, it was walking distance to Ponsenby shops and central to all the areas we wanted to visit. Lilly had a cot set up for our daughter when we arrived and was very welcoming. She left us to it after showing us how to get into the apartment. The house spacious and clean and the house had everything that we needed. A beautiful home.

Really great place we enjoyed our stay the balcony is really nice to sit on great sunsets and the sound proofing is quite good so you don’t hear the motorway. Really close to Albany mall and the surrounding bays, so many great places to eat. And it was only 20 mins into the city. Would recommend it for a super affordable stay in Auckland.

It’s just very unique to be in a very private building right in the middle of a fantastic beach town on what is probably the best urban beach in New Zealand. You will love it!
