Had a lovely stay in Lyme Regis. Chris was really helpful and flexible. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. The bed was big and super comfy and we all slept so well. Would definitely recommend.

Our second stay here and it won’t be our last ! Very spacious, extremely comfortable and sparkling clean.Everything thing works extremely well. Fab kitchen with everything you need. Comfortable furniture and easy to use TV. Enormous comfortable bed and very user friendly bathroom. Definitely not exclusively for people with access problems but for my husband in a mobility scooter it was perfect. Easy and safe parking and perfect location. Are you getting the vibes that we liked it ! We are looking forward to coming back ! 😀😀

Wow, what a stunning location. It's every bit as beautiful as in the photos. We watched glorious sunsets from the terrace and enjoyed walks on the beach. I enjoyed looking around the immaculately kept gardens and could have watched the colourful koi in the pond for hours, plus the two cute horses in the field. Andrew's directions to the house are spot-on, please don't trust your satnav or you risk being taken down some very narrow lanes with grass growing in the middle and no passing places. Ask me how I know. There is no mobile reception at the house, as you would expect given the location, but the wifi is very good. Beds and bedding super comfortable.

We had a really enjoyable stay. Caroline provided good instructions on how to get there and the guide book then had lots on information regarding the apartment and surrounding area. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Sebastian’s flat is in a perfect location. I chose it as my husband can’t walk long distances and everything was really nearby. No need to use the car if you want a break from driving. Beautifully comfortable, with lots of extras provided. We’ll be back! Thank you x

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. The caravan was absolutely spotless, it was lovely having the two decks, we had lunch on the dining table outside when the weather was so nice. We had everything we needed in the caravan, lots of kitchen bits for cooking and wifi was very good. It was ever so peaceful where our caravan was and everyone was friendly. The club house was lovely, it was so nice to be in such a dog friendly place. The amenities for children were brilliant too. We absolutely loved our stay, we are gutted there is no availability in the summer to come back, but we can see why, its just beautiful. The hosts were brilliant and very accommodating x

We stayed for 3 nights. The holiday house was spacious enough to fit family of 4. Plenty of room to play for little ones. Very clean and well organised. The only improvement I could suggest would be to install slim dishwasher but it was perfect anyway. I would recommend and come back.

The property has an ideal location and is well-maintained. It is peaceful, but is also within easy reach of the beautiful beach, private swimming pools and restaurants. The team were supportive and everything that we needed (and more) was provided eg. they even provided a safety device to prevent my daughter falling out of bed! - they were responsive and pro-active. The swimming pools are lovely and very convenient and the site staff were friendly and provided useful information. Parking was straightforward and located directly outside the property. We'll be keen to return.

Beautiful land convenient location that made it easy to access the local tourist spots, including the New Forest, Beaches, harbour towns and Peppa Pig World. The house was lovely, really well presented and included some thoughtful touches, such as chocolates for our kids, Prosecco for us and a lovely personalised welcome message. The park itself is ideal for younger families, with loads to do and access to the beach. Carly was super responsive when our sat nav took us to the wrong entrance and really communicative before, during and after our stay. We'd definitely considering returning next year.

location was absolutely perfect for a relax and a decent walk everyday, we paddle boarded up the coast both ways and the scenery was stunning and finished most days with a swim in the pool. if you're after a close too everything place too stay this isn't the place for you but if you're looking for a break away from the world then this will tick all your boxes 🤗

The Beach House in Southbourne provided us with everything that we needed for a perfect family holiday. The house has a spectacular view of the sea, with SOBO Beach access only metres away. The houses itself provides all of the amenities any family could want to have an enjoyable stay. Bathroom to bedroom ratio, safe suitable parking, a swimming pool,a hot tub with sea views, mini golf, a games room and chill out zone, and much more. The property is ideally situated near local shops,cafes pubs and restaurants. The Beach House is perfectly located for day trips to Swanage, Corfe Castle,Sandbanks,Bournemouth, Poole and the surrounding area. The hosts were very helpful and responsive to all of our enquiries. Thank you for a wonderful trip.

We stayed here in early June and loved the place. We were slightly perturbed that the sea view overlooked the Oasis Shop/Cafe small car park but in fact this was not noisy nor did it spoil the view. It is literally a 20 yard walk to the steep pebbled beach (some sand at low tide) and half an hour's walk to Weymouth pier along the promenade. There is also a frequent bus service. The accommodation is immaculate, having the living area upstairs. Everything we needed was provided - even an electric toothbrush charger in the bathroom. We spent many an hour on the balcony with drinks watching the swimmers, surfers, sailors and spotting the commercial/navy ships which often anchored in the bay. We had many a happy days out in the Weymouth area and were able to leave the car parked outside all the ten days as we used the bus services. We hope to return in the near future.

Fantastic air bnb. Spotlessly clean, lovely thoughtful welcome goodies. Close to everything in Weymouth Served us so well as a family of four. Joy was so accommodating, super responsive and added lovely touches. Would definitely stay again.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean upon arrival, bright and comfortable. Quiet at night. Nice views from the living area over the harbor and looking over the town from the large bedroom. As Suzanne had noted in the listing, there is no assigned parking space which could be an issue. We had to pay to park the day of arrival. It’s free after 6pm until 8am. One item we’d suggest adding would be a clothes hanger for drying as the machine didn’t seem to actually dry anything. We’d highly recommend Seagulls restaurant (book in advance). Unassuming place but food was excellent. We also liked Platform for a Sunday roast and Rise for breakfast. The George was decent. If we’re back in West Bay, we’d definitely stay again.

The house is in a great location and neighborhood, beautiful views of the sea with the beach a 5 minute walk, there is even a lift down to the beach if needed. House was well equipped, very clean with clear instructions. Lots to do with great walks and shops nearby. Would highly recommend for a relaxing time in a very comfortable house with a great location!

Our girls birthday weekend stay was fabulous! From the time I booked the house, check in till checkout all questions answered with quick responses from Patrick / Alison thank you 😊 we had an amazing time ! Excellent location opposite the beach and promenade walks every morning. 👍 the beach is clean, water is clear and swimming was enjoyable. Seaside activities a walk away with cafes and restaurants. Beach house is home from home with all your home comforts and so much more, also spacious loved the 2 kitchens and en-suites to all rooms 👍 very clean and tidy we had an amazing time and are looking for another occasion to go back ! Thank you Patrick for sharing your house and allowing us to stay there 😊

Beautiful property in an excellent location. Would highly recommend this airbnb to anyone visiting weymouth! The house is immaculate, probably the cleanest air bnbs I've ever stayed in! The view from the living room is stunning, looks directly out into the harbour, you can just sit there and watch the world go by. It was really easy to get around, all the bars and restaurants in walking distance. Parking is also 5 min walk down the road. We came with a 9 month old and the host was able to accomodate us with a cot and highchair which was really helpful. Generally, the house is very well equipped and has beautiful kitchenware if you plan on having an evening in. Overall a great stay and a lovely host who was super responsive.

Of the few places we have stayed in with Airbnb this was the best and hopefully will be available on our next visit to Weymouth. It is really well appointed and obviously well thought out for visitors. Benjamin deserves alot of kudos for his attention to the detail and equiping out of the accomodation. A first for us was a airfryer. Thankyou Benjamin for making our visit so memorable, even my daughter was impressed when she stopped by.
