I am really thrilled, everything was 100 percent right. A nice little apartment in a nice house. Very quiet and just perfect for me. I can recommend this apartment.

Lovely apartment with welcoming and responsive hosts. Easy to find, park, enter, use and keep clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay there.

We booked at very short notice, which was no problem at all for Jürgen. Communication with Jürgen is great, in case of problems he also looks over and is very friendly and helpful. The apartment itself was perfect for us - there is plenty of space and everything you need for a longer stay. In short, we felt very comfortable from the beginning and would book the accommodation again at any time.

Very nice location in a great neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, cafés and bakeries. The unit has a very modern aestetic and design with lots of tech. Host was very responsive to any questions we had. Thanks!

We have stayed in this wonderfully quiet apartment for the second time and we like it very much. A very friendly and interested host we met today.

We felt very comfortable with Isabell and Britta. The apartment is clean, tastefully and comfortably furnished, has very good facilities, nothing is missing. The quiet location in the countryside allows for rest breaks and yet it is a good starting point to explore the Ruhr area by car and bike. It was a pleasure to visit the alpacas every day or to watch them from the skylight - they radiate a holiday feeling with their calm. We also learned a lot of interesting things about these great animals from our hosts and even got to experience the shearing. Thank you for a great holiday.

Our far too short time in Vera's small loft was rainy but still incredibly relaxing. We felt right at home thanks to Vera's warm nature. The accommodation is super clean and decorated with visible creativity, love and craftsmanship in all corners. It is really very cozy and, due to the many upcycling and the beautiful location, exceptional and close to nature. Despite the rain, we sat for a long time in the covered outdoor area, watching the cats and ducks and listening to the pouring rain. Lake Baldeney is within walking distance through the beautiful forest and restaurants and supermarkets are also nearby. Perfect all around. Everything as described with a super friendly and sympathetic hostess. A very small minus was the reverberation. Since the accommodation is in the middle of the Luisenviertel, it was already very loud until about 1 a.m. due to the high noise level of the surroundings.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you need. The contact was always friendly and a solution could easily be found for every problem.

Very kind and friendly, there were no problems with check-in, although we were faster than the agreed time on the site, the lady didn't make any problems with it all. Good location close to hbf from which there are trains to dorthmundt if someone is going to dorthmund, e.g. for a game, I highly recommend this place.

Very warm and personal welcome by the hostess and a binding transaction. The apartment met all requirements and expectations. It matched the description and you immediately had a cozy feeling. We were there for a birthday nearby and Nicole even drove us there. That was more than one can generally expect. We slept very well, it was very quiet. The place is as described and shown in the pictures. Has an amazing view over Plettenberg and a forest at a very close distance so you can enjoy the calmness and peacefulness it provides. Definitely a place to visit for a retreat from a noisy city. Christine was always helpful and responsive that made our stay even better.

We were two for three days in this fantastic penthouse and totally thrilled. The apartment is modern, well-equipped and offers real luxury with a sauna and jacuzzi. We felt very comfortable with Christian and his family. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, we were more than adequately supplied with coffee and if something is missing, Christian is immediately on the spot. The whirlpool is a real hit, everything is lovingly furnished and clean. We will definitely be back.

The apartment is very spacious, with high ceilings and large windows. I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness, freshness of the bed linen and a comfortable bed. The blinds in the bedroom were very useful, thanks to them I was able to sleep. The good pressure in the shower was also pleasing. The kitchen was disappointing. There was no dishwasher, although it was listed in the amenities. We were looking for a place with an equipped kitchen, so that we could cook during our five-day stay. A kitchen without a dishwasher is a thing of the past. Half a day spent washing dishes is not an option for those who intend to cook their own food. The refrigerator was even more disappointing - it was slightly cooler than the air in the kitchen. No freezers were found at all. To cool the drinks, we turned the regulator to the maximum, then loaded the purchases, and by evening all the products were frozen. We had to throw out all the greens, vegetables and buy again. At the same time, we had to buy a sharp knife and a grater. If you eat exclusively outside the house, the location is excellent, a bunch of cafes. With parking, you'll be lucky.

The apartment is awesome! Everything is very clean, the amenities are great! Everything you need! I only had to take half of my things from home, because everything was available. Whether in the kitchen or the bathroom. We don't need to talk about the bathroom. It's pure luxury. You can always find a parking spot nearby. It's quiet. Nice neighbors. Public transport is nearby. You can get anywhere fast. And there are also shopping facilities nearby. Dirk was very nice and always available. Everything wonderful.

The stay at Vitali's was very pleasant. The place was clean, cozy and quiet. There is everything you need and you could reach Vitali quickly and well, for example, if you wanted to use the sauna or the pool or had other questions. I was able to take my dog with me without any problems and I could have brought my cats as well, which was extremely friendly. There are beautiful meadows and great reservoirs in the area, so we were able to enjoy the time very much. I'd love to do it again. ☺️
