We spent a family vacation in Irene's apartment, we felt at home. We loved the area next to the beach and all the necessary services around. When we return to Suances, we will definitely repeat at his house.

If you want peace and a beautiful view, this is a great place. From the balcony, you can look out over a bay with the sea in the distance. From the apartment, you can easily explore the surroundings. We visited Comillas and the Gaudi house. Santillana Del Mar, a beautiful medieval village, is a half-hour drive away. From the apartment, you can walk to the beach and walk a long way along the sea. There is a hotel on the boulevard where you can order a delicious fresh jus or cappuccino. The apartment is clean and equipped with every comfort. Even when it is above 30 degrees, the sea wind cools. We had a great time

We spent 5 days in the apartment and it was fantastic Very well located, quiet and next to the beach Easy road connection to move around Asturias Worth repeating!

Everything is great, it's a pity that the apartment doesn't have a small terrace, but in general a 10!

Very cozy, tasteful apartment in a quiet area. Aninna was very friendly and everything was so clearly described that no further questions were needed. The apartment was sparkling clean, the furnishings are discreet but inviting and we had all the necessities (towels, care products, tabs, coffee, tea and even small cooking oil portions) at our disposal. A plus was the balcony overlooking the bay of San Vicente de Barquera. The fantastic beach is unfortunately a little further away, but the path there is worth it. Just a minute away is a small but well-stocked supermarket. We felt very comfortable.

There are few places that I have liked as much as Nacho's. I love the location, the house and Nacho's super personal attention. We will not hesitate for a second to return, as we had a wonderful time and want to repeat.

Very nice house with a breathtaking ocean view. Located 300m from the beach it is a peaceful location. The house is very well equipped and there is serenity. The host is very nice and attentive. I would recommned this property

As soon as we stepped into the apartment, we felt a sense of calm. It's almost impossible not to feel relaxed while surrounded by the beautiful countryside views. The house was designed to capture the scenery, especially with the large living room and master bedroom windows positioned perfectly west. We often preferred having dinner at home while catching a view of the mountain side sunsets over eating out for the evening.

Manuel and María were super nice guests, attentive at all times. The house and the surroundings are as it looks in the photos 💯 Of course, maybe for access to the residential area you need to have some experience in mountain curves 🏔️ The beautiful area, perfect to unwind ✨ the incredible green landscape! The house had everything, super comfortable, especially the beds. We loved being able to enjoy its donkeys and the sound of other animals around

Isabel is a very caring host, I was happy with all the questions we had. Very spacious rooms. House located in a very quiet area.

The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the center of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the center. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

We had a great 5 days It's a pleasure to find hosts as friendly as they are available. As for the house, whether it's the cleanliness or the layout, it's equivalent to a 5-star. We recommend it to you without hesitation

The stay was most pleasant starting with Pilar, pending at all times. The house is very well located, in a quiet area and with everything you could need, in addition to being impeccable. We would come back and recommend it without any hesitation.
