Do you love peace, space, water, nature and a nice city around the corner? Then your home is! The house has 2 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. It is located on a small-scale holiday park on the Leekstermeer. At 50 meters you can walk the lake in or on. Right next to the park is the beautiful nature reserve Onlanden. And with 30 minutes by bike you are in the middle of the city center of the nice city of Groningen. The house has a lovely terrace with its own sauna (wood fired) sauna (wood fired). Unique!

Airco in woon en slaapkamers. Keuken met oven, Nespresso en afwasmaschine, broodrooster, melkopschuimapparaat, waterkoker. Direkt bij het Leekstermeer. Unieke, rustige omgeving. Grote zonnige buitenplaats en overdekte zitplaats met grote eettafel en 6 stoelen. Alle matrassen zijn in 2024 vernieuwd.
