Holiday rentals with beach access in Westerkwartier

Roger was a perfect and very kind host. His project of an B&B in the old school is cosy and beautiful. We enjoyed the time in Wierum (it is reeeeeally a quite place)

What a peaceful place to stay! Spotless and cozy, tastefully decorated. Quiet and right on the water. The Hollema family were all so friendly and generous with their time and knowledge. Rent a canoe, kayak, or motorboat from them—you won’t regret. Charming village with nice grocery store and restaurant all around the corner. Heaven!

We had a great time and it was very cozy. The space is beautiful and very nicely decorated with beautiful creations in terms of lamps and cabinets. It is a beautiful, large, open and bright space. The beds slept wonderfully and very cozy that there is a stove. The garden also looks beautiful and cozy. The bathroom is also fully equipped and clean. Enough towels, etc. Also just very nice to sleep with the children in the same room. Outside, there were also nice animals. The children loved this. Roger is a very friendly host. We had a nice chat. Absolutely subject to repetition for us. A beautiful environment with the Wadden Sea within a short walking distance and sheep on the dike. We ate well at the local pub.

We greatly enjoyed it. Nice place. Nice place. Willemijn was always available for questions and we got a quick answer. The restaurant within the complex was ideal for us, we arrived a little tired and didn't have to do any more shopping on arrival. We had a nice meal there. It was sunny weather, not too hot, we hiked wonderfully over the beautiful Schiermonnikoog. One thing we found a bit unfortunate, we would have preferred dark curtains in the bedroom. We woke up very early with those light curtains.

Wonderful "coming home" in a cozy, stylish and clean apartment with fantastic sea views, between the dunes. A spacious kitchen with everything you can think of; and cookery, reading and nature books for the necessary inspiration. Just below is a beach restaurant and in the village many eateries (we thought the 4 Dames was fantastic!!!) so if you don't feel like cooking: plenty of choice. We enjoyed the quiet location, the most diverse weather conditions, the birds, pheasants and swallows around. From the apartment, you can walk straight into the dunes, onto the beach or (half an hour) to the center. Stabij Lutske loved it and felt completely at ease after half an hour of sniffing around. Thank you so much for letting us relax with you for a long weekend!

What a wonderful stay! For the second time we enjoyed this beautiful and cozy cottage. Anything you need is present – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable beds that you sleep wonderfully on. The cottage is neatly clean and exudes really warmth and coziness. Located in a charming and cozy street, it immediately feels like coming home. The host is friendly and helpful, which makes the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended – we'd love to come back!

The four of us had a wonderful weekend here. The house is located in the quiet De Monnik Park and is equipped with every comfort. Very harmonious in color, bright and comfortable with a separate toilet and new bathroom, the beds are good and the kitchen is nice and functional. All around satisfied, we would like to come back!

We had an awesome time with the family! The place feels like a home-away-from-home; with great facilities, but also toys and games for the kids, kids plates / cutlery in the kitchen and even small bikes for them! The house is very nicely located on a small holiday park, communication with Feiko & Jacdirk was always great; would come again!

A nice place, nice spacious and bright house with all the necessities for a few days away. We could cook there and the dog could go outside. The hot tub was a nice addition. Jan and Elly responded quickly to our questions and were very accommodating. Get out of the city and spend a few days in Lauwersoog: we recommend it!

Everything was great! The house is unique, the location wonderful. Moddergat is truly a special place. Having the mudflats right on your doorstep is great!

The house is in a great location, along the street that leads to the beach and a few minutes walk from the village and shops; it is bright and tastefully furnished; the interior spaces are very spacious, we have stayed there in three but it is suitable for more people; comfortable beds and good cleanliness; very large and well equipped kitchen; large manicured garden; a house full of charm and well inserted in the atmosphere of the island

The stay at Robert's place was great! The large living room with kitchen is superbly equipped and the garden is beautifully green and quiet. You are right on the campsite and can also visit a nice café or walk to the nearby lake. Perfect for an extended weekend with 4 people + dog

Netty communicates very well and gave a good description of how we could find the cottage. The reception was very warm. Upon entering the cottage, you will be completely delighted by the atmosphere, which is sunny and bright. The beds sleep very well. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts. Definitely recommended!
