The Beach House, West Wittering Beach. An airy, bright home, shares a garden with the main house, sitting directly on the beach. A perfect getaway, an hour and a half from London. It is self-contained and is close to Goodwood, Chichester Theatre, great bike routes, local pubs and, of course, the sea is on your doorstep. Open-plan fully-equipped new kitchen, big comfortable sofa, TV/Wifi, separate shower room. Super king double bed, plus 2 single beds on large mezzanine floor with a sea view.

We are located along a peaceful lane 3 minutes walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and a 15 minute walk to the Beach and East Head. A local bus to Chichester runs every 30 minutes. We provide an air fryer, single induction portable hob, microwave oven/grill and a Nespresso machine. Complimentary filter coffee and tea is provided. I am sorry but this accommodation is not suitable for children.

Lovely self-contained, light, airy and large (30m2) room just a 1 min walk from the beach. With a king size bed, sofa, basic kitchenette, dining table, a separate bathroom (bath/shower) and a private decked area, there is a lot of space. We welcome small & medium sized well behaved dogs. Own entrance &private parking, you can enjoy walking along the beach or join in the Goodwood fun. The room is part of the main family house &under bedrooms so noise from the family will be heard.
