Holiday rentals with a fire pit in West Midlands

We stayed here for 2 nights. It was a lovely, cosy home with everything that was needed. Jeanette has been responsive and proactive with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay here again when in the area.

Thank you Matt for a wonderful stay. Our friends travelled from opposite ends of the the country for our weekend reunion and we all loved Butterfly and Bumblebee cottages- we'd love to stay again! Fantastic and convenient location, lovely town and high street and beautiful accomodation. Matt's local recommendations were perfect and the butterfly/bee decorative touches as well as the comfy beds added to a really relaxing and pleasant stay. Both cottages are welcoming and cozy, and the outside area of Butterfly cottage is particularly pleasant and peaceful, with a fully private courtyard surrounding by well-cared for flowerbeds and lots of room for friends to chat and enjoy a bbq together. Everything we needed was provided, including an emergency supplies cabinet(hygiene/bathroom/first aid essentials) which truly saved the day for one of our guests. What a great idea! Thank you again for a wonderful weekend and we highly recommend Matt's properties!

A fantastic, super-equipped house, able to easily cater for all 12 of us! The pictures don’t do the accommodation justice and there is ample room with everything you would need for a great stay. The on-road parking was initially a small concern, but it needn’t have been as we never had a problem. The only thing I’d comment on is the stairs! It took a couple of us out with the fluffy carpet and tight corners! 😃 Perfect for family meet ups - would recommend!

A great base to use if visiting the NEC, couldn't have been much closer! David's house was clean, easy to find and had a lovely little garden.

My stay at “Happy Day” was extremely satisfying — both the facilities and the service exceeded my expectations. The price was reasonable and the overall value was excellent. It will definitely be my top choice the next time I visit the area.

Beautiful location on a farm - we could see horses / foal/ highland cows / sheep from the property. There was a bit of noise from aeroplanes given the proximity to the airport, but I can’t say I noticed it particularly and it certainly didn’t affect sleep. The kitchen is large but given the house’s size / no of guests it would benefit from a second dishwasher and fridge rather than so many empty cupboards. We spent a lot of time washing up! The games room was great and the 8 kids aged between 6-13 were well entertained and loved having a separate hang out space. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and beds comfortable. The blinds were more like privacy office blinds and did very little to keep out light - I woke up at 4:30am as a result! The curtains in the room were made of sheer chiffon so merely decorative. Proper curtains would have been welcome, so I would advise taking an eye mask in the summer. The property was well maintained and spacious & our group had a brilliant stay.

Very happy with our stay at Kash’s. Very comfortable stay for the five of us who were working at The Grand Theatre. 30 minute walk or ten minute drive. Thank you! ( small thing but a couple of tea towels would be great)

We had a good 2-night stay at the property, perfect location for an event we were attending in Stafford. We visited Cannock Chase on both days which is well worth a visit. We had children with us and there is an excellent park only 5-minutes walk from the accommodation. The flat is well equipt and we really appreciated the board games and darts. Excellent communication from the host.

Perfect location to enjoy great bars and restaurants in both Kingsheath and Mosley, good bus links into Birmingham. Everything we needed and a lovely homely feel. Really appreciated the fresh milk, bread, tea, coffee and biscuits. Would definitely recommend and hope to visit again.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Fantasia luxury apartment in Malvern, and it was an exceptional experience. The spacious layout comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, making it ideal for larger groups. The apartment is furnished with exquisite, high-end furniture and features top-notch finishes throughout. One of the highlights of my stay was the expansive lounge area, which is so large that it could easily host a wheelchair race! Additionally, the views of the Malvern Hills are breathtaking, and the location is both convenient and picturesque. I also want to commend our host, who was incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring that our stay was seamless. Overall, I would rate this accommodation five stars without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Wow! Everything about the Boathouse is amazing, the accommodation, the location and the hosts. The accommodation is of the highest standard and has everything you need and more. Randall and Jude are so welcoming and thoughtful. On arrival we were welcomed with a basket of goodies, some homemade and on the way home were given some treats for the journey. The location is beautiful and peaceful, a slice of heaven. We were very reluctant to leave and can't wait to return. We would definitely recommend this as a fantastic place to stay.

We had an amazing time! The views are incredible! Alison was so accommodating. She gave us excellent directions and suggested great places to go and eat! The accommodation is ever better than the pictures. And we really enjoyed the homemade bread and cake! And the breakfast was really tast with local eggsy! I also worked from here and the internet was fine for video calls all day. We will be returning soon as it was one of the best airbnb's we've stayed at. And Alisons hospitality and attenattention to detail was second to none!!!

The stay we had a the Cabin was our first time away together. The cabin was spotless and the scenery was magical. The whole experience was just perfect and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Thank you so much.

We had an amazing nights stay at the shack. The inside was decorated with so much character and we loved the inclusion of fun games to play together. More than enough wood left for both the inside and outside fire but we still scavenged in the forest for more as it was so lovely. The bed was very comfortable so we had a good nights sleep with the fire keeping us warm. Andrew and Rachel were extremely responsive to some questions that we had. Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. We would definitely return in the future and would advise anyone considering a stay here to go ahead and book it, you won’t regret it!

Took my partner for her birthday as a surprise, we absolutely loved the cabin. We couldn’t recommend it enough, the views were beautiful and it was very peaceful. The cabin itself is homely with high quality furnishings and appliances. We would definitely love to return, thank you to Susanah for organising decorations and a bottle of Prosecco. My partner had the best birthday and that’s all I could of wished for.

I had such a lovely few days away with my son. The cabin was absolutely lovely and in such a beautiful setting. We loved exploring the woodland and enjoyed using our paddle board on the lake. We loved being around the animals- we visited the pigs, horses, goats, sheep etc. several times a day! Had a lovely bbq, despite the weather! It was a great location to visit Warwick castle, as well as the surrounding villages. The owners couldn’t have been more friendly- we learnt so much about all the animals. The fresh eggs and treats were a lovely touch. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We wanted a couple of nights away from London, and this cabin was just perfect. It’s off the grid, but you can still charge your phone with solar power, and there are solar lights too. The fireplaces inside and outside were super cozy, and the shower was hands down the best I’ve ever had. The cabin had everything we needed, plus some lovely little extras like fresh flowers and incense. It’s in a great spot with easy access to a bridle path and country walks right from the door. You can hear the road a bit, but it didn’t spoil the peace or the amazing views from the cabin.

The Cabin is simply beautiful. We were lucky to have glorious sunshine on the weekend we stayed but even on grey days the proximity to nature and opportunity to switch off would shine through. We will certainly be back.

Lovely stay with beautiful views. Very peaceful ,and the wood fired hot tub set back in the woods was particularly beautiful. Everything we needed for a tranquil and romantic night away together. Kirsty was a very attentive and friendly host. Thanks for a wonderful stay.
