Lovely little place, perfect to stay at for events at the NEC. Superbly clean, has everything you need for a night's stay. Victoria's communication was superb, messaged back quickly and left some nice little treats for arrival. Also handy to charge your EV too. Would definitely recommend and will likely be stay again in the future.

Really lovely little space to stay in for a week. Nicholas was really helpful when I struggled to find the bins and gave Really clear instructions on everything needed to be done for check in and check out.

Stayed here for 2 months whilst temporarily working at the University of Birmingham (20 minute walk to university or hospital). Property is great for those working short term positions, with room for multiple colleagues to stay at the same location. Property is located on a main road but is well sound proofed from within. Numerous small shops located near to the property, with larger stores about 20 minutes away. Easy to get into the city center with bus stop right outside the front door. Neel was an attentive host, organising regular cleaning during my 2 month stay and resolve any issues that occured with the property promptly and effectively. Overall the property is well-furnished with all required appliances, and ideal for a short term stay.

The Snug was very clean, cosy, and homely. David and Alison were great hosts, providing milk and a large selection of teas, which was very nice. They were very friendly and communicative and flexible around check-in/check-out. Would definitely recommend and book again in future!

Great place to stay, plenty of room, quiet surroundings but quick into the centre of town - well appointed apartment with everything you’d expect, and Curig kindly left some very nice quality wine for us, which was a welcome bonus - it’s a great place to stay if you’re working in Birmingham because it’s about 2 mins to a bus stop and the very regular buses are about 15 minutes into the centre - overall really happy with our stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Poolhouse. John and his team gave clear instructions on how to find the property, and even included photos. We loved the fact that it had private, off road parking. Main entrance to the property is accessible and the property is on one level. John was great to work with and even came over to show us how to work the heating and cooling system. This is an ideal property for a couple and just like the photos.

Great place for a big group, lovely house and very well kept with good access to the city when needed.

I had 8 guests staying at this accommodation, and they enjoyed it tremendously. accurate description, the rooms are bigger than the photos, and parking for two cars.

We stayed at Kiren’s for a week and the whole family enjoyed it. The house was beautiful, spacious yet cosy. The playground was a bonus. The kids just wanted to go back home quickly to play outside. And Kiren’s so responsive, every doubts or questions she will answer straight away. I would book again if I ever come to Birmingham.

We stayed at Mikaela’s property for 1 night before an event nearby the following day. The property was exactly as described and was clean and comfortable. Mikaela was really helpful and understanding- would stay again!

We stayed in 6A City House for a friend's wedding and the location was perfect for getting to where we needed to be for the various events. The staff at Rockett Lettings were responsive to messages and calls, as well as being friendly. I would stay with them again.

Teresa and Kevin’s place is lovely. Although in their house don’t be put off by this it’s all your own space and completely private. Balcony is an amazing bonus especially in nice weather. Beautiful home and surroundings, safe and quiet and lovely countryside just what we wanted. Thanks so much

The flat was very clean. Thought had been given to making each space distinctive and feel comfortable and welcoming. The kitchen is a good space for cooking. The location is in Earlsdon, which is a good area and the flat is a stone's throw from Hearsall Common, which is a beautiful space. It is walkable to the train station, the city centre and to the Cathedral and museum. The parking at the place is excellent and secure. The front door has a bit of a knack to it but we were sent a video prior to arriving about this, the instructions for the security gate and other details. This was very helpful on arrival. We also had a message on our arrival and departure days, so felt very well looked after. We also had instructions about what to do if we had problems (which we didn't.) All this made our stay a very good one.

Great place to stay in the city centre. The parking space under the apartment was great and easy to find. The apartment was lovely and very clean.
