Teresa's place was very clean, neat and had thoughtful touches. For instance, there were clear instructions laminated and taped to the walls making things like working the TV and checking out easy. The house had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the neighborhood was very quiet and felt safe. Teresa was very responsive and accommodating. For example, a problem with the house thermostat was fixed within an hour of my calling. I would definitely stay in this AirBnb again.

This is beautiful home with more space than the pictures can show. Very comfortable up and down stairs. Extremely responsive host and so easy to work with. A few short minutes to Cooper Young were all the great restaurants are. We would absolutely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at Luis home. It was very quiet, cozy and clean. It also had everything we needed. We were able to take some nice walks in the mornings and it was convenient for us. As we needed to be close to the Dixon garden area too. We will definitely love to stay again.

House was great I loved the backyard, The Style , The Neighborhood was Nice & Friendly, Only Thing Would compliment the house is a full body mirror for guest .

Sharron was a great host! Check in and out were easy and convenient. The unit is very cute, clean, and had everything promised. The window A/C units (1 per room) provided a comfortable temperature, and Sharron was kind enough to provide an oscillating fan in the closet in case you need more air. I especially loved the strong water pressure and heat of the shower. The Cooper-Young neighborhood is fun, walkable, inclusive, and full of culture. We did not at any point feel unsafe. I’m looking forward to staying again next time I’m in town!

One of my favorite AirBnb stays! Beautiful old house, tastefully updated, kept spotlessly clean. Loved the location — safe quiet street, walking distance to Overton park and Cafe Eclectic, and Midtown to the south. Comfy beds, spacious common areas, good amenities, sweet screened porch. We really enjoyed our stay at Drew’s place. It felt like a family home. Everyone in my group enjoyed the amenities in the home and the bathrooms were very clean with plenty of towels.

Julia was a great host. Good at checking in and quick with responding. The house was lovely, very clean and in a quiet neighborhood.

I stayed at Colleen’s house for two nights in early May. The neighborhood and countryside were beautiful and very peaceful, with deer grazing in the field across the street at dusk and a pond with a fountain in the front yard. Although Colleen was out of town when I made a last minute request to stay, she had someone meet me, left a vase of flowers for Mother’s Day, and everything was ready for my stay. It’s a great place to stay after a busy day in the city or if you want to explore nature. Thank so much!

This was an awesome Airbnb, not only because of the place itself but Daniel and Katie were gracious hosts and very proactive in our communication. The studio itself was spacious, plenty of seating, the bathroom was large for a studio, and the projector was a nice touch when I had some friends over to watch a game. I'd easily recommend staying here, especially if you want to have easy access to all parts of Memphis.

The home was amazing. Very well decorated, clean and chocked full of everything I would need for my daughter's pool party/sleepover like extra roll out beds, pool toys, extra beach towels. Instructions were clear and it was easy to access the home. Would definitely recommend.

This place was spot on. It was a short drive to a lot of Memphis attractions and restaurants were very close. It had everything we needed for cooking breakfast. The neighborhood was quiet, house was easy to find & enter, beds were good, and the showers were huge. It’s a well maintained older home with original hardwood floors. I would stay again.
