A lovely place to stay, clean and had all we needed. Travelling with two children the place was great especially with the dividing curtain for the rooms. Libby was very friendly and checked we had all we needed for our stay. Thank you we shall be back!

The Granary, Court Lodge Butleigh.

DoeRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Pip and Peter, what a pair of peaches!!! There are so many things to recommend this place and this host/couple that I will leave it to you to come and see for yourselves. Pip continues a beautiful family tradition of hospitality handed to her by her mother, who, for years, hosted a wide variety of visitors at Court Lodge. Now Pip and her husband Peter run the entire show, including their own addition, the Granary, with generosity, love and much care. The worst part of our visit here is/was that we did not get to spend nearly enough time with these two, as in the past, we had gotten to know and love Pip's mum, and the place. But with Pip being slammed busy with end-of-the-school-year activities, we were totally fortunate she made time for us at all to come visit, having known us from 20 years before when we were repeat customers at "Mrs. Atkinson's!" Fortunate indeed. Come to stay at the Granary and experience the magic of this place, this land, and these people firsthand.

Bee Cottage

JacquelineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Bee Cottage is really cute with the bee theme subtle but stylish. The cottage is surprisingly spacious and the flow around the living/dining/kitchen area and into the other rooms is good. The beds are really comfortable, the Wi-Fi is good (& code easy to find!) and the kitchen is well equipped (except there’s no dishwasher). The breakfast bar is cool and the coffee machine was a nice feature. The village is quiet and peaceful with a pub and Budgens and some nice walks. All in all we had a great stay at a very reasonable price.

The Barn

JanetRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We loved our stay at the Barn, as described 2 en-suite bedrooms and all mod cons in the kitchen, powerful showers with lots of hot water. Located in beautiful countryside but very close to amenities.

Pip's Cottage

TomRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Pip’s cottage is a peaceful place to stay in the heart of the Somerset countryside. It is set in a beautiful orchard and is a very short walk away from a great pub with a kid friendly beer garden. Our hosts were super friendly and responsive and were great with our kids, who loved playing on the slide, swings and hammock in the garden. They gave us some amazing recommendations of things to do nearby including the Newt gardens and Bath&West country show. Nearby Bruton is always a must see as is the Hauser and Wirth gallery there. Would highly recommend for any family with young children or for anyone wanting to escape for a lovely weekend in the countryside

Big Barn at The Apothecary Garden

IndiannaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
I highly recommend staying at the big barn. It’s absolutely beautiful at big barn, the land is very special and so many beautiful plants, I felt so much peace and happiness. if you are wanting to travel to Glastonbury I highly recommend staying here and traveling in as you’ll have peace and quiet and a beautiful place to stay. The only issue I had was the washing machine not working which I was not told about but communicated that to the host. I was guided to use the community washing machine which was ok, as it was late and I had to keep going out checking it was done and was very tired. Thank you so much. Xx
