Cottage is fully winterized with both electric heat and a woodstove. 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. Snowshoeing, snowmobiling, in the summer lake is good for swimming, kayaking, canoeing, fishing. Firepit is available outside, firewood isn't provided. About 4 km of privately maintained dirt road leads to the cottage.
