There is skywalk access across the street that will take you pretty much about anywhere downtown; A grocery store is around the corner with also lots of bars/restaurants. May-Oct the Farmer's Market is right outside our doors! There is a reverse osmosis water filter system in the kitchen! Wifi in unit!

My home is in a nice and safe neighborhood that is right off freeway I-235/Ingersoll Ave. It is within walking distance to Art Center, and Greenwood Park. Two separate doors leading from the apt to the backyard. Guests have their own entrance door and a parking space at my back yard.
