I wish I had more room to express what an incredible time I had in Jennifer’s home! She was such a sweet and caring host. The room was fully equipped for anything and everything I might need, her home was immaculate and quiet. Incredibly peaceful. I slept incredibly well and felt so safe and welcomed. Would highly recommend! :)

Located in quiet neighborhood away from nosey highways but close enough for easy access. Extremely easy to locate and access. Nicole was very responsive prior to arriving and during the stay.

It was my first experience using Airbnb and personally booking with Venus was the best. We had an early flight into LA and I had asked her in advance if we we're able to drop off our personal belongings as soon as we landed, just so we wouldn't have to worry about leaving it in our rental. It was a 40min drive to her place and with minimal traffic actually wasn't that bad for us. She was already there before we got there still setting up for our stay, and she didn't mind us popping in early at all. Communication was great as well! And before heading out sight-seeing, she allowed us to freshen up first; which she was so kind to let us do while she continued to set up the place. We only booked 2days but was worth our while!! On our last day we planned to check out earlier than 11am and Venus allowed us to do our laundry before heading out. She was very kind enough to do it for us and it was only $5(both washer/dryer). We ended up tipping her as well. Overall I'd definitely book again! 5☆

a very pleasant stay. Juan and his family are discreet and polite, they try to never "bother" the guests with their presence and let you use the kitchen and the house freely. I recommend the stay!

Felt right at home! The porch was nice to sit out on and listen and watch the birds! It was great. The location was perfect and the close by restaurants were delicious! Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We stayed for over a month, host was always very attentive, answered all questions in a timely manner. Enjoyed our stay as we are waiting for assisted housing for my disabled father. Geoff was always accommodating to unexpected issues that arose on my end. The studio home has everything needed for a lengthy stay or short. My father was comfortable watching movies and sitting on the porch at night. Thank you Geoff for being such a spectacular host! A++++

The home was very beautiful and spacious. Daniel was quick to answer any questions and checked in to make sure we were doing ok. They're currently remodeling the outside, wasn't too hard to park, but the guys working there were very picky on where we can park and kept telling us to move. Other then that I would definitely come back.

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

We were in LA for business meetings. Before we make a reservation, we compared Ali's condo with the other condos surrounding. He is the most responsive and most helpful host, and we are so glad and lucky that we made a correct selection and book Ali's house. He likes a local friend who provided us with not only assistance/guidance on check-in and staying but also touring and catering advice. He is super responsive, proactively reaching out to us offering additional help, and so friendly. The place is clean, comfortable, and welcoming. Guests can tell from the tasty design, details of guidance, and thoughtful and convenient amenities that Ali and his wife have spent great time and effort to make this place as welcoming and cozy as possible. This place is definitely our stay for next visit, regardless for business or private. The location is close to everything, peaceful, and in walking distance to my LA office and everything.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

Nice place. Quiet. I had no issues getting in. The bathroom was clean. Kitchen was clean. They had a steamer for my clothes which was nice as well.

The place is incredible and the views are beautiful!! I highly recommend and am very thankful they are very good host. Everything was clean and you have everything you need.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

The place was really clean, everything is described. Just what I needed for my weekend getaway. Felt right at home.
